We decided to surprise the employees and provide them with T-Shirts for their next hike so I had to get these made within a week. T-Shirt Mart made it happen. As soon as I walked in an employee said we'll be with you in one moment. I waited for five minutes and then sat down with one of their designers desk. He was upbeat and very kind and very familiar with their capabilities and turn around and also has great knowledge of the type of T-shirts they have and all the different varieties. The whole transaction to design the T-shirt took somewhat about 15 to 20 minutes to complete the design. Once their graphic design team creates the design for you they send you an email for your approval. They do not make your T-shirts until they get paid in full. And when you pick up your T-shirts, it's very important that you have your invoice with you as you will not be able to get your T-shirts released to you until you have the original paperwork. It took less than a week to get my T-shirts and when I picked up the T-shirts, I was very impressed with the quality and overall outcome with my shirts. I saw a lot of people coming in and out getting family reunion T-shirts made, and also bachelorette T-shirts for the bridal party. Talk about a waste of time and money. The owner acknowledged he could print without issue. Instead only headaches followed. I went to pick my the order and the colors were wrong and the print was off center and crooked. I pointed these mistakes out, the employee confirmed the errors and said they'd redo it. Went back later and they were still crooked and off center. About a quarter inch off both ways. I hesitated to go back and considered to cut my losses but I was really disappointed due to their initial costs so I decided to go back and point out the errors. I respectfully mentioned I'd like a refund for the incorrect items as I tried to set expectations upfront and the owner assured me he could do it and he simply didn't. Unfortunately, the owner was incredibly rude and challenged me to go to the back of the shop and do it better myself. The level of professionalism was low and I would never recommend to anyone. I did get a partial refund but the experience and the quality of work done was just below standards. Steer clear.

The last time we use the services both times we use Justin as our contact person. He is a great technician and he has a reputation for having great customer service. This time I worked with Ken and he was very customer service oriented as well. What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. I appreciate that Ken verified and sent proofs of our printing job on email for us to have a look at before we approved the final project version. When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.
