Image On is a printing shop located in the Home Depot shopping center on Town Center Parkway in Santee. I had a logo that I wanted on a t-shirt so I ventured into Image On. In the photos on my phone I had the logo from one of my favorite metal bands, Trivium. The guy behind the counter quickly Googled Imaged it and brought the image up on his screen. He then walked to the screening machine with the t-shirt I had chosen. Less than 10 minutes later he returned with my brand new, freshly minted Trivium t-shirt. Five stars all around. I went to Image On about a week before Christmas with an idea that I had seen circulating online and the person who helped me made the process super easy. I simply emailed them pictures of my cat and an inspo picture and I went back the next day to approve the design (typically they will call/email you but they didn't have my info so make sure to leave contact info before you leave if you go in person) My husband loved his t-shirt, the quality of the image was great and the quality of the shirt was also very good. I loved the t-short so much that I asked for them to make some stickers with the same design. Definitely check them out for any of your printing needs. They can create/design anything and put it on almost anything (t-shirts, stickers, mugs, keychains, tote bags, etc) read more

This is a very cool printing shop. They print a variety of items, including prints on t-shirts, prints on hats, banners, and jerseys. They also make professional signs and such. I had a t-shirt made with the logo S.P.Q.R. on it, and it came out very nice. It was very well made and even had a 3-dimensional effect on the logo. Wholesale and retail clients are welcomed. Shitty work no attention to detail. I took a vest for dapper day at Disneyland to be embroidered with symbols from Bruno's poncho. The left side looks perfect. The right side is all skewed and crooked with a bubbling in the pocket. I dropped this vest back off in July. They have three months to contact me via email or phone and was until a few weeks ago they did. I will be wearing it to dapper day because I have no other option the way I can see it. They can either repair that shitty work or buy another vest and do it again at no charge to me read more

If I could give a negative star I would. I brought in 7 jackets needing company logos printed, they were Lululemon and not cheap. They printed the logo out of scale and out of center, they look horrible. These jackets are not usable. They never sent me the proofs to review before printing and they never mentioned a design concern until I picked them up. Over $1000 wasted on jackets and they will not refund me either for the price of the jackets or the price they charged to print the logo. read more

I'm so glad I found Image On via Yelp for a project for my wedding!! I had purchased a bunch of canvas tote bags for our welcome bags, and had the last minute idea to get my bridesmaid's bags printed with their initials. Let me start with saying EVERYONE in shop in Santee was super friendly, kind & patient from the moment I walked in!!! And I came in for only 3 shirts on a ASAP request and it was not a problem. I was struggling to make decision on design and then I had a bit of a meltdown, and never once was I made to feel uncomfortable. Let me explain: I was there to have memorial shirts made in honor of my son Erik for an event I was participating in for what would have been his 25th bdy. He died from Fentanyl Poisoning in 2020, he was 21. So I had a few moments during this process. When all was said and done, design was perfect! Came out so beautiful and did I mention how patient & kind everyone was!?!?! And to think it couldn't get much better, I left with me shirts an hour later. So if you are going anywhere else, don't. Awesome Quality, 5/5, Highly Recommended I grabbed a couple of jackets and a hat to get some cool embroidery done, and the results were just fantastic! A long over due yelp review here! I have to say I lost all hope when I had a last minute bulk order I needed to place and boy did these guys save my life. I had a custom design with little to no direction and they put everything together so well and organized for me and just really felt like they cared. This review is long overdue! I was on the hunt for a good shop to print matching shirts for a family trip. Not knowing where to start, I messaged a bunch of shops through Yelp to get an estimate. Image On responded immediately through Yelp, was quick to answer any follow-up questions, and had the best pricing for the project. I visited the shop a couple times to look at shirt samples and John/Jimmy + the crew were all so friendly and patient while I bombarded them with my questions. They had my order ready for pickup earlier than expected and came out exactly as discussed. Overall a great experience and will use them again for future projects! read more

I wish I could give 5 stars because the design of the shirt was spot on. The issue I have is with the women's t-shirt. They are UNDERSIZED! I DO RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR BUT LADIES MAKE SURE TO SIZE UP TO MAKE ROOM FOR YOUR GIRLS!! Unfortunately they do not post dimensions on the shirts! An online company should always post dimensions. A large women's t-shirt should have a 36-38 bust size. The shirts we received had a 34 bust size for large. That is a medium!! We had to cut the sides to have enough room. Some had to cut shoulders for comfort. We made it work but we paid top dollar for shirts we had to cut up since it was last minute. IMAGEON you're good with graphics but do better for the ladies!! read more

My club worked with Mr. Soergel on the creation and embroidery of a large back patch, and through the whole (sometimes painstaking) process, Rich was superb. Through several iterations on artwork (that was the hard part - since we had a committee of reviewers and a bunch of small tweaks to work through as a result) Rich was great to work with, and maintained good communication and professionalism. Once we got together to pick the actual thread colors based on our artwork, it was clear that he has years of experience and knew exactly how to recommend the solutions that would result in the kind of outcome we were hoping for. Once we got the physical "proof" version in actual thread that we could touch and see in different light/angles, we were all thrilled - even the subtle shading elements were exceptionally well-captured and represented, and we're now eagerly awaiting our final products. Again, Rich was super professional, made great recommendations after getting to know our style, what we were looking for in a patch, what kind of use-cases we had, and made the whole process much easier than I anticipated it was going to be. The staff here is hard-working. They do their best to accommodate shipping requests. Additionally, they help customers with Amazon returns. The staff is super patient. The store has self-return stations, too. The staff are wonderful people with the best attitude. Never a bad day at this store. The staff runs the store efficiently. I had decided I needed a another copy which they had copied from a Powerpoint and so they had to pull it back up and make me another copy which they did with pleasure, even though it was not very convienient and my copy job was not a big one, so the time spent wasn't bringing them a lot of compensation. I then asked about the ends of rolls of paper that I sometimes had purchased in the past from the previous owner, and before I left he gave me a roll of paper in a size he was no longer using- and didn't let me pay for it. I left there feeling so uplifted and well served. They were not only capable but generous, and gracious. THey honestly made my day- as well as my beautiful copies!
