On Saturday the place was not even open so I waited around 20 minutes and the engraver showed up. He told me to come back in the afternoon. ( Third trip now). I came back and the key chain was engraved but I was never asked about the style or font. I took it but vowed to never return. Third world experience.

Even though it was a small order, he took the time to fix my DXF & run multiple test cuts before cutting into my material to just made sure that my end product was exactly what I wanted. There's a lot of other places that wouldn't of taken the time to edit my splines that didn't transfer over and fix them to makes sure it cut the way I intended. He was also very conscious of the material I was using and made sure to really maximize the number of units I got out and wasted very little material.
