The owner acknowledged he could print without issue. Instead only headaches followed. I went to pick my the order and the colors were wrong and the print was off center and crooked. I pointed these mistakes out, the employee confirmed the errors and said they'd redo it. Went back later and they were still crooked and off center. About a quarter inch off both ways. I hesitated to go back and considered to cut my losses but I was really disappointed due to their initial costs so I decided to go back and point out the errors. I respectfully mentioned I'd like a refund for the incorrect items as I tried to set expectations upfront and the owner assured me he could do it and he simply didn't. Unfortunately, the owner was incredibly rude and challenged me to go to the back of the shop and do it better myself. The level of professionalism was low and I would never recommend to anyone. I did get a partial refund but the experience and the quality of work done was just below standards. Steer clear.

So it shouldn't surprise anyone that, as I researched possible t-shirt creation partners, I read every glowing review with one eye partially squinched shut. Despite all that, though, I reached out to the guys at Six19 Printing to get the lowdown on pricing, timing and to set expectations. I contacted five different companies at the same time, and the guys at Six19 were the most responsive *and* provided the best deal out of all of them. Thank you, Louis and Doug, for your patience and for the stellar product. I have to be honest when I say that those within my organization weren't exactly in love with the idea of t-shirts, but once they saw the finished product, they couldn't stop gushing. Plus, we wore the shirts to our Padres event the day after I picked them up, and ended up selling a ton on the spot - to both our partners and strangers attending the game. Stellar product, fantastic customer service, and unbeatable prices. If you're looking for a local company to help you bring your creative ideas to life, look no further than the group at Six19. We're definitely going to be using them again in the future.

Outstanding Service, Beautiful Results & Great Pricing!…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mac Printing! We recently worked with them to print marketing materials for our new family business, Blake & Son's, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! We went through several changes and a couple of proofs to get everything exactly how we wanted it, and they were incredibly patient, accommodating, and responsive throughout the entire process. They stayed on top of every detail, communicated wonderfully, and genuinely made me feel like getting our project right was just as important to them as it was to us. As a new business, finding a company that delivers exceptional quality without breaking the bank is HUGE. Their pricing was fantastic, especially considering the level of service, attention to detail, and quality of the finished product. And can we talk about how BEAUTIFUL everything turned out?! The colors are vibrant, the glossy finish is gorgeous, and the finished materials look incredibly professional. I couldn't be happier with the results! What really stood out to me was how easy they made the entire process. Even with multiple revisions, they never made me feel like I was asking too much. They were attentive, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you're a small business owner looking for high-quality printing, excellent customer service, and reasonable pricing, I cannot recommend MAC Printing enough. They've absolutely earned our business, and we'll be coming back for all our future printing needs! Thank you for helping bring our new company's vision to life!
