I called several places and they either had a minimum piece requirement that I didn't meet or they were more expensive. Tina got my towels done in a few days at the best price I could find. I'll give them that they were responsive to Yelp messages (which is what the 2 stars are for). I had no idea this business was run from their home/ had to be by appointment only as neither their website nor their yelp page says so. I originally told the owner via yelp that I would come on a specific day and time, however the item I needed embroidered wasn't finished by my tailor yet. When I said I needed to move my apt to the next day, I was told "no problem," with NO mention of needing to set an apt. When I arrived, no one was there. I tried calling and just got a voicemail. I messaged them on here and they said they "stepped out for a couple of hours." It is very unprofessional to not at least have a sign that says you've stepped out and what time you will return if you are running a business from your home. It made it seem like I just randomly went to someone's house and I was worried about knocking on the door. There was no signage on their home that even specified that this embroidery shop existed at the address. They've got some customer service issues to work on. read more

I was under a deadline to have shirts embroidered for a charity event as I was traveling to the east coast to National Headquarters and needed logo shirts. I sent Spot On a JPG of the logo and it was ready for embroidery within 24 hours. I dropped my shirts and they were embroidered in three days, plenty of time to pack my shirts for my upcoming trip. The embroidery is gorgeous and very reasonably priced. Tina, the owner, had to make sure the logo stood out with correct thread colors given the variety of shirt colors.
