I've always dropped packages off at this location. This week I've needed other services: one was shipping a small package to Australia. The price was prohibitive but the information I got from Al helped me decide not to mail it at this time. Today I had to overnight a document to Los Angeles. They were very helpful and that will lead me to give them more business in the future. read more

I have just recently found PostNet and have used them for a number of different things. We have done traditional color printing, copy and reproduction of a photo, and mailing an item via FedEx. Each experience was great. Competative pricing and GREAT service. I have worked with other copy shops and what is different about PostNet is personal fast service and competative pricing. The location for us is fantastic. In addition to this, I know that Amanda the owner is doing her part to help the local schools. It is wonderful to have this local resource! This PostNet is so accommodating! When my friend's kids visit I teach them how to take care of my tortoises. I ordered some custom zookeeper buttons to give out afterwards and the kids love their badges showing what they accomplished. The buttons turned out so cute! I never would have expected a PostNet would be able to assist me with obtaining personalized koozies, but to my surprise I was able to remotely order from their store and have them shipped directly to Las Vegas, NV. If I can give 6 stars I would! Amanda (the owner) was so helpful, customer service was the best I have received in a long time she was also very personable. I had my 5 year old with me (we know how impatient kids can be at times) Amanda was so gracious to let her watch a kids video on her phone to keep her entertained while she helped me (life saver!) To not only help me but make sure she was comfortable was amazing. I can't remember the other employees name but he stepped in and helped & also had amazing customer service. They were both patient with everything I needed. The energy was great, everything was clean & Even all the customers that came in while I was there got the same A1 customer service you don't get that very often nowadays. I work from home and prefer not to fill my mailbox with all of the correspondence that entails. So years ago, I opened an account and a box at PostNet. 3 owners later, I'm still a customer, and have been exceedingly pleased with the service provided by the current proprietor and his staff. They batch and secure my mail when I travel, handle all my receiving (from computer equipment to frozen bait fish), and they provide a place for my customers to drop off computers so that they don't have to come to my house, which my wife appreciates. I can honestly say that Postnet makes me look more professional and helps me operate more efficiently. read more

I used to come in here every week to print off pages for school (regular black-and-white pages off of a USB). To get 20 pages printed it never cost over $3. Today I found out that at the start of the year they raised their prices. Do you know how much it cost to print 17 pages? $7.05. I can get the same thing at the UPS store for ten cents per print. I really don't know what they were thinking with raising the price that much...they must realize that based on their competitor's prices, their business will take a big hit... In response to the recent reviews below, I absolutely agree, the tall Asian girl is an excellent employee and is very kind and helpful. It's all of the other employees who tend to hide in the back and come off as unfriendly. I get the impression that they're mostly just sulky high school students who'd rather be anywhere except for there. read more

Don't print here. I told the person working I needed to print out a page and he said I could use the computer they have without mentioning it costs $2 to use the computer on top of the cost to print the page. Use fed ex or ups if you're in need of printing they only charge for the cost of printing. I used their computer for less than a minute, ridiculous. read more

This company is really all about customer service. I sent a rush order of business cards to them (1,000 cards in two days) and they not only got my order completed on time, they re-sized the file I had sent because my graphic designer was not in the office, and they delivered it to me! The reason I originally went with this company was because they are quick to answer the phone and/or return calls. And that proved to be a good indicator. This is my go to store if I ever need to ship, print, or am in need of notary services. I've been in a least twice a month for the past year and have received nothing short of exceptional service. The prices are fair, upfront, and more importantly, well worth the expense as I have not had a single issue or mistake occur after having these folks ship over 50 different packages for me. Since "the tall Asian lady" keeps being mentioned in the awfully written negative reviews, I must come to her defense. Joyce (she has a name people) is one of the hardest working and competent employees I have ever met. She always greets customers as they walk in, is extremely patient with customers that get upset that the cost to overnight ship their package to Frogballs, Iowa is going to be pricey, and is able to multitask like nobody else. Sometimes she is the only one there, so it baffles me how anyone could criticize her considering the large amount of tasks she handles on her own. Some claimed she doesn't smile, which is contrary to what I've experienced. If you're in need of being around people with fake smiles 24/7, you should probably consider living and running your errands in Hillcrest. I highly recommend this place if you like receiving reliable, fast, and friendly service at a convenient location with ample parking. read more

Two days ago I went to this location for postal services. There were no other customers there when I arrived. The young lady working there was on a personal phone call on speaker phone with another young lady. I had to wait a bit for her to pause her conversation to help me, however she kept the phone conversation going which was loud & involved the other party on the phone flushing a toilet & then what sounded like she was washing her hands. Super loud. Meanwhile another customer came in who also heard it & made a comment at which time the cashier muted her phone. I finished my transaction & without a step the cashier popped back on her cell phone to finish her conversation with "what were you saying?" to the person on the phone without so much as a thank you or have a nice day to me. HORRIBLE representation of your company. VERY unprofessional! read more

Yeah, i'm definitely never coming back here. They advertise that they have printing available so I walked in with my documents on a flash drive to print for class. I needed an 11x17 and a 13x19. No one greeted me when I came in, and I had no clue where to go to make prints. Finally saw the employee and told her I needed a couple prints and all she told me was that I can use the computers along the wall. Nothing else. No offer to help or questions about what exactly I needed. Clicked on my document to print it and didn't even get a pop up confirmation on the computer to choose what size I needed or anything. I assume it printed so I asked the girl where my document printed to and she acted like she didn't even know, and didn't give me an answer. Finally found it, and of course it was the wrong size. Apparently they don't even do 13x19 prints. I should have walked out but I paid the 11 cents for the wrong print, walked out, and threw my paper away. Waste of time. Rude, unhelpful employee. read more

If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.

At first I was willing to do just that as I did not want to loose all the work I've done, but quickly remembered, I was to be up North for the most part of the day if not all of the day. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.

While notary and live scan services are on walk in basis, I would highly recommend calling ahead for availability on those services especially if you are on a time crunch. I stopped in on a Friday am around 10:40 to get a live scan done for a license renewal. I also got forms printed, the staff had me email them what I needed printed. They were friendly and prompt. I did have to wait a while to get the live scan done (maybe 20 mins because the owner was on the way there and parking in Cali is a mess) but it was a seamless process and cost $79.00! Worth supporting!

They're super dog friendly. All of the waitresses were really awesome and kind they came over to say hi to us even if they weren't the ones helping our table one of the waitresses even brought my dog bacon, which we so appreciate love a restaurant full of dog lovers. My husband ordered the cornbread skillet that comes with andouille sausage and I think roasted okra. He said this was really delicious. I tried a few bites and I totally agree. I had the steak and eggs which was delicious with its mustard hollandaise sauce. Coffee was great, OJ was fresh and tasty. Will have to come back for dinner one night.

Slowly but surely it crept up on us and we finally were able to unload it all today. Kyle was great and took care of us to witness all our old mail get destroyed. We used their "Witnessed Shredding" service. Price was excellent and the service was actually very interesting to watch! Big industrial service handling us little folks really well. Will definitely come back to them. Officially first in mind when we think of this kind of thing.

The VitalShred page gives no clue about the services actually available at the Kearny Mesa location (I called to make sure, as I didn't want to make the drive for nothing). If you don't find this YELP page, I don't know how you will find the service. Once there, I was waited on promptly and courteously. The young man explained the pricing. I chose to witness the shredding ($2/box extra). The service was very fast and efficient. I paid for the service (card only, no cash) and was on my way in 10 minutes.
