    This is genius. What if you need to have someone receive your mail and packages. Then you want them to notify you, send a photo of the mail and maybe even scan the mail so you can read it with your phone or computer from anywhere. And packages, you want them to either hold it or forward it. And you probably do not have a friend or relative to help you. Even if you did maybe you do not want them reading your mail. So your solution is "PostNet". For a small monthly fee they will be happy to do it all. And the best part is having an actual physical address to redirect your mail. Anyone interest yet?

    I have just recently found PostNet and have used them for a number of different things. We have done traditional color printing, copy and reproduction of a photo, and mailing an item via FedEx. Each experience was great. Competative pricing and GREAT service. I have worked with other copy shops and what is different about PostNet is personal fast service and competative pricing. The location for us is fantastic. In addition to this, I know that Amanda the owner is doing her part to help the local schools. It is wonderful to have this local resource! I have attached what she printed for us.

    This PostNet is so accommodating! When my friend's kids visit I teach them how to take care of my tortoises. I ordered some custom zookeeper buttons to give out afterwards and the kids love their badges showing what they accomplished. The buttons turned out so cute! Thank you PostNet for setting up this custom order, great customer service! It is so hard to find businesses that will print things in small orders, so I really appreciate this PostNet going above and beyond to produce what was requested.

    I never would have expected a PostNet would be able to assist me with obtaining personalized koozies, but to my surprise I was able to remotely order from their store and have them shipped directly to Las Vegas, NV. Great quality, awesome customer service, and at a great value. Amanda was awesome throughout the whole process and delivered as promised. Thank you! I would recommend this store as a partner for all of your printing and mailing business needs. I even saw that they had helped a lady self-publish a book. They definitely go out of their way to meet the needs of their customers.

The last time we use the services both times we use Justin as our contact person. He is a great technician and he has a reputation for having great customer service. This time I worked with Ken and he was very customer service oriented as well. What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. I appreciate that Ken verified and sent proofs of our printing job on email for us to have a look at before we approved the final project version. Overall, Ken is a great printing technician and expert. His patience with our event team was awesome. The rest of the staff is very customer service oriented too. I recommend Copy-It La Mesa, CA!

    This is honestly one of the worst drop-off locations I've ever used. Their QR code scanner is…read moreconstantly broken, even though QR code drop-offs are supposed to be a free service. When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.

    It's super hard to find an office supply anymore! This location is close so I stopped by…read more I needed acrylic stands for signs, they had 4 boxes so I grabbed them. I got home and 1 box was used all scratched up and instead of 4 stands inside the box someone swapped out a different sign inside. This was frustrating because it meant another trip to the store. They really need to check when people return items and not restock it at full price $29.99. I understand it's not the fault of the people who work there but they really need to check returns. Because this is a waste of time & gas for anyone. My first trip out was great the workers were very helpful and it was a fast check out. The return trip took so long, only 1 cashier and 5 people in line and 4 of them were returns, and it took a lot longer not sure why ‍. The cashier didn't really care why I brought it back but did mark it with a sticker that read damaged sold as is (or something to that effect). So they were clearly putting it back on the shelf. The store isn't well stocked or maybe just sold out (I'm not sure). It was clean and orderly not didn't really have enough stock on what I needed.

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent printing order. 6/18/2026…read more I spent a significant amount of time preparing and submitting my banner and business card files for production, only to arrive for pickup and discover that the order had not even been submitted or started. They require that you pay upfront for all services prior , in which I did . No one notified me of any issues , leaving me completely unprepared for an important event this Saturday. This situation has caused me considerable inconvenience, wasted valuable time, and created unnecessary stress. I rearranged my schedule, invested hours in preparing the artwork, and relied on your company to complete the project. As I arrived for pick up , the representative states he was just left these projects to do and was not comfortable in handling the job as he hasn't performed those service in awhile , so nothing was done. The manager console the representative by saying this is not your fault... What.. not his fault, then who fault was it ?? Management canceled the job and I, was refunded the cost of the services. I felt helpless and disregarded.  Nothing can make up for the this grave dropping of the ball. I asked several times to make it right and was answered with , "The Job would not be completed today", to come back the next day there would be someone more knowledgeable to help me.  At first I was willing to do just that as I did not want to loose all the work I've done, but quickly remembered, I was to be up North for the most part of the day if not all of the day. The manager did apologize for the situation as he was refunding my money. However, it would have been nice to have been offered to make it right by still completing the job at hand . I will no longer be using your company for  such important and time sensitive projects in the future. Totally unacceptable.
