Icesis was the best notary we've ever worked with. We worked with her to close on our new home, and she showed up right on time at 7pm - on extremely short notice - with a smile on her face. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the closing process and docs, and took the time to explain everything in simple language and put our mind at ease during one of the more stressful events we've experienced in our lives. We were surprised how deeply she understands the space, but learned she's been a realtor for 30 years! We've worked with a lot of notaries for various needs over the years, and she was easily the best. We'll never use another notary, this is the person you want to work with if you want the ideal blend of competence and warmth. read more

I sent out a Yelp request for same-day mobile notary at 3:20PM. I received an immediate response from Icesis. She asked me detailed questions about what I needed to give me an accurate price for services. She was very reasonable and said Rosie would be out at 6pm. We needed a witness for the docs we were having signed and we couldn't find anyone on such a quick notice so Rosie brought one with her! Such a nice, quick, smooth transaction. I highly recommend this company! I will use them again! read more

Working with Mobile Notary Always was a true pleasure! She was so nice and when I texted several notaries, she got back to me right away with an exact time when she was available the next day! That was the biggest reason I went with her. It was a smooth process - we met at a Starbuck's near my house in Penasquitos. She had a warm, friendly presence and I felt safe and taken care of. Will definitely use her again if I need notary services! read more

Icesis is professional, knowledgeable and also personable and kind. Being a mobile notary, she was able to come to a skilled nursing rehab, instead of us trying to muster an immobile relative into a car, and over to an office somewhere. She was a blessing to us a few months back and as a form of recommendation, I'm reaching out to her again today. read more

Really appreciate Icesis. I was a bit of a mess in that after scheduling a time I realized a problem with the document and then scheduled a time to meet with her and when she arrived I had not finalized the document. She did not have to wait long but I really appreciated that she remained very polite, calm and professional. My family does not wear shoes in the house and despite having shoes that are not easy to remove, she promptly removed them without even asking. The actual notary process was seamless and quick. She provided a great service for a competitive price. Definitely would recommend and use again. read more

I called for a Mobile Notary, on a very busy Friday morning. Icesis was so pleasant to deal with. She told me the time she would be at my office, what type of car she was in and even gave me a ride to a less busy area of the office complex so we could do business. I was dealing with New Yorkers, so they were 3 hours ahead and demanding for the document. Which they received on time, thanks to Icesis. I highly recommend her mobile service. Worth every penny. Fast, efficient and reasonable. Icesis was personable, professional and knowledgeable.

My eighty-year old father sold a condo in a cooperative and we needed some documents signed. Icesis Cruz was very understand and patient with our signature needs as we had to live-stream the signing to meet one of the cooperative's conditions. She arrived a good ten minutes prior to our scheduled meeting, was quick, and efficient in getting everything addressed. As a prior notary, loan funder and deed recorder I was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge around real estate documentation. As this transaction did not include many of the standard documentations (ie transfer deed), she inquired about them just to make sure we didn't inadvertently leave these important documents out. I greatly appreciated this diligence and looking out for her clients. Additionally, in this odd time of Covid, she followed current health guidelines during our transaction. For my family, especially my father, this is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend her services and will be calling her again in the event we need any notary services in the future. read more

She gets back in a timely manner and is avaikable via text or call. I will recommend her services moving forward to anyone in need of mobile notary. Thanks for being awesome! read more

I just want to start by saying, wow! I was just looking up notaries to handle the situation for my father and I live in Arizona so it was hard to figure out who is good and who is not. I barely read reviews, but this one looked awesome. thank goodness I called! Icesis Cruz was personable, HIGHLY accommodating, all around easy to work with. The stress levels were high and she made them much easier for me. Thank you again! I would give them 100 stars if I could! Totally worth the money. Very affordable for the work she did! read more

My parents are extreme workaholics which means their schedule is always unpredictable and filled with long hours which can often lead to issues with deadlines since they have little to no room for flexibility. They needed some documentation notarized and since their schedule was all over the place, it was really difficult to find a notary that could accommodate their hours. I messaged Mobile Notary Always last night on their behalf to see how much a notarization for 2 signatures, including travel would cost, and I was able to get a response back from Isis within less then 10 minutes. I requested for an appointment around 7:00AM the next morning but no later then 8:00AM, and even on a short notice Isis confirmed she would be able to come at 7:15AM and quoted a reasonable price compared to others. I kid you not as soon as the clock hit 7:00AM the door bell rang and there was Isis, professionally dressed, very courteous, and ready to get the job done all with a smile on her face. Isis was very polite and thoroughly answered all my parent's questions and more. She really went above and beyond our expectations, and really felt like she cared about what she was doing, and I totally respect that. Isis is very personal, professional, and very knowledgable in what she does. She also has a very reasonable and competitive rate compared to other mobile notaries around. Overall, I was very impressed with the service Isis provided and will definitely be contacting her if we ever need any notary services in the near future. Did I mention she is also a realtor?!? I mean, is there anything that this woman cannot do?!? I highly recommended Mobile Notary always for all your notary needs and more! read more

Icesis responded immediately, she was very professional and organized, and completed the service within 2 hours of our initial contact. Her rate was reasonable, and she was extremely efficient. Highly recommend! read more

Icesis is AMAZING!! Backstory: I just started a new job and one of my first task given to me by my employer was to find a mobile notary to come to the office and asked for them to be a responsible rate. I've never hired a notary before and had no idea of a normal rate for a mobile one. I began googling for notary's that would come to your office and found a few that listed their notary price but not their travel price. I would need to call or email and find that out. I reached out to them and no response, even after a few days. At this point, I was freaking out. I decided to search using my phone and for some reason, Mobile Notary always popped up! This was never in any of my laptop searches but appeared right away on my phone. Icesis had her prices listed online and even has bundles, they seemed very reasonable, and I gave her a call and guess what? SHE ACTUALLY ANSWERED!! She was the first person who actually picked up her phone, right away too! I tried to book for one date but she was fully booked but being the gem that she is, she was gonna find someone for me and she did!! I then needed to cancel that date because of delayed travel arrangements and again, she was the sweetest person ever, canceled our original app and made a new one. She called and confirmed the day before, arrived early, and was a pleasure to work with!! We have a lot more notary signatures needed in the future and will definitely be giving her a call!! Thank you so much for being a life saver, Icesis!! You are an absolute angel, extremely professional, and a pleasure to work with! read more

Icesis will be the best notary you ever encounter. Don't look anywhere else, just call her. She is highly professional and provides a service that shows how truly dedicated she is to being a top notary. How dedicated is she? She responded to my request at the evening and night time, after her husbands birthday dinner. She was one of the few to respond, and promptly provide information on her services. She agreed to at 7:00am on a New Years Eve holiday meet time, and came 15 minutes early. When it came to sign the documents, her experience was on full display based on her preparedness and how swiftly the experience went by. The best thing about working with Icesis, was here easy demeanor that will be liked by many. read more

Icesis was communicative, punctual, kind, and accommodating. Would definitely use her services again. One note I will make (and no, I don't think it's worth docking a star for, as mistakes do happen) is that if you get a quote from her via Yelp, make sure she is clear as to the number of signatures, etc. She is competitively priced, but her quote made her sound extremely inexpensive, which led us to go with her initially. Out of fairness, I may loop back around to the other notaries next time, as they were similarly priced, but as mentioned, we were perfectly happy with her services. read more
