If you're looking for a business mailbox, I caution you against Mail Station! I signed up for a box with them in January 2024. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option. read more

After speaking to the business owner, I believe it was confirmed one of their employees did indeed steal my package, and Gisela at the front desk lied about it not being there. It would explain why she was so nervous when I spoke to her. As for the business owner's response, my review is going to stay up due to unprofessional employees, and packages going missing. Also the above employee claimed to be the manager everytime I asked to speak to the business owner. That is very strange. I was lied to that the package wasn't there when I went for pick up, and it has been confirmed that it was there. Yes this is documented, I don't need to be threatened. I asked the owner where it went after it was left there, and received no response. Then after I spoke to him about it, and the employee again on the phone, it was re-shipped out to someone else and signed off by a Noah. This is the first time a package of mine has gone missing from an establishment, and all the strange behavior that ensued after when trying to pick up and locate it- would be incredibly frustrating. I went here originally to get fingerprinted. The owner provided the service and was very reasonably priced. He was also quite personable and friendly. I then had to send out 3 mailings of various types on a different day and decided to go back. The staff (a gentleman) was very kind and helpful. Really really nice people working here who spent almost 2 hours helping me do my ink finger prints for a background check. I brought my dog and when it became apparent that what we had to do was going to take a lot longer than I anticipated, one of the workers there took my dog from me and walked around the post office with her while doing his job so that the young lady helping me with my fingerprints and I could focus on what I had to do. I called beforehand to see if they had walk-in services. The other person on the line responded, "We have three notaries at the moment, you can come in now." I made my way over there and was able to get my two documents notarized by Lancelot immediately. His service was friendly and thorough. Each signature was $15. The Mail Station is a small shop that does big things...printing, faxing, mailing, boxing items for shipping, and a notary public. They also have mail boxes to rent, as well. The staff of Lancelot, Dulce and Chris are super friendly and certainly know what they're doing. Their work speaks for itself. Even though it is in Hillcrest, there is parking available in the back of the shop, as well as metered parking along Washington Street. Highly recommended. read more

I wanted to write this Yelp review before I left the complex because I was so appreciative of the service I had received here. Please support this small business if you are ever in the area and need some mail service. The interaction I had with the staff was beyond any other mail place I had been before. The ladies here were very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. Mind you I had like 15 packages that I needed to send out, to top it off it was for three different mailing services. They quickly process all my packages without a hiccup. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I've been mailing out packages as part of my business and never have someone ever process this many packages in this short amount of time. The staff notice me with multiple packages so they got together and helped each other with the transaction, that's what I call teamwork! I will be coming here for all my mail services from now on.
