I had a return label printed here on Saturday, and the employee packaged my return and attached the…read moreshipping label. A few days later, the package showed back up at my door because they had attached a completely different Amazon shipping label with someone else's name and address. The only reason I got my package back is because the incorrect label wasn't placed over my original label. If it had been, my package would have been delivered to a complete stranger, and I would have been out more than $200 worth of items. Mistakes happen, but this is a pretty significant one. I'm glad I caught it before my return was lost, but I hope they're more careful when attaching shipping labels in the future so this doesn't happen to someone else.

I do remember feeling that it was overpriced at the time. That was a couple years ago. Recently, my husband and I wanted to make a personalized hard-back concert poster for an event. First, I thought I would try one of the smaller, local printing shops. We contacted that shop and found that the price was more expensive than FedEx and would take several days to complete. FedEx would be able to complete the project within 24 hours. Anyway, the project came out beautifully and was ready after only about 12 hours. I was very happy with the service, though it still felt a bit expensive. Also, they have some really cute greeting cards in the office, much more fun than some that you find in your local supermarket.

He's being paid to do next to nothing 90% of the time, but the second a customer actually needs help, the attitude comes out. He was literally yanking merchandise out of my hand during my return. As more customers started lining up behind me with returns, he loudly and begrudgingly yelled, "Is anyone actually buying?" You'd think he had a personal stake in the company's profits. Customer service costs nothing. If helping customers is that much of an inconvenience, this probably isn't the right job. Stay in your lane, Nacho.

This was way beyond scanning of historic documents - their quality control is unmatched - cropping and positioning every scan, which was perfectly digitized, and meticulously labeling every document, folder and file in a logical file structure so we can easily locate over 7,500 documents. Some documents are from the 1940's and earlier, larger format, which required careful handling to preserve both the image and document. Nimish and his team are responsive, communicate well and thoughtful in how they approach a project of this magnitude. They had many helpful suggestions as we progressed to completion. We've uploaded the entire project to a protected redundant shared Google Drive structure so all the kids, grandkids and great grandkids can access it for decades to come. In this store a copier is available as well as the ability for you to email a document for pick up upon your arrival. Very low cost. The store is well staffed with friendly knowledgeable people and it'll only take you a few moments to get in and out most of the time. Some free treet parking along Park Boulevard and the adjacent streets. No parking garage.

This spot is convenient for printing documents. You can email your file and then print it yourself…read moreat the machine. At only $0.82 for a single page for black and white, it's much cheaper than other places that charge around $2.50 for the same thing. That said, there are some drawbacks. After you email your document, it can take five minutes or more just to receive the retrieval code to enter at the printer. The staff will tell you to step outside and refresh your email, but the delay makes the process pretty frustrating. Parking is another issue. There are about 17-18 spots, but even with only four customers in the store, I couldn't find a space. I waited at least eight minutes and still nothing opened up, not even on the side street. I eventually gave up on parking and walked. Overall, it's the best price I've found for printing a small number of pages, but the wait times and parking situation make it a bit of a headache.
