They rarely look up and greet their customers. Two visits ago I walked in and I was the only customer with four staff members. None of them looked up. It was as if they were waiting out each other to see who had to wait on me. I said hello to try to get their attention and one young woman pointed to the other and said, "she can take care of you," which garnered a nasty side eye from her colleague. If you don't want to deal with the public, don't work in a store that provides customer service.
