I also want to give a special shout-out to Kristina (or Christina--I apologize if I have the spelling wrong). She's helped me on previous visits and has always been just as kind, patient, and professional. Whatever you're putting in the water at this store, keep doing it! Every employee I've interacted with has been top-notch. Friendly customer service like this is becoming rare, and this team absolutely deserves recognition. *See, guys! I…read morehave been getting the runaround from this store since Friday, May 15th, and there has been absolutely no real customer service or accountability. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the manager continued placing blame on the sender while refusing the package and returning it to sender herself. The constant back and forth regarding my package has been frustrating and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, she asked me to leave the store in front of other customers. That is no way a manager should conduct herself or treat a paying customer. The entire experience was embarrassing, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional.

I completely understand the frustration 100% but this specific shipping location I have nothing but good things to say. Arnold & Wes are absolute gems ! They both are extremely experienced, knowledgeable and provide some of the best customer service I've experienced at a shipping location. I've had multiple packages that require signatures over the last couple of weeks and even last year and I still remember Arnold because he has always been so consistent, helpful and professional. Both of these guys go above and beyond. I've watched them handle a busy line of customers quickly and efficiently while still making sure everyone feels taken care of. It's super refreshing to see people walk out smiling, laughing or feeling like their issue was actually handled. Arnold & Wes, you both deserve recognition because you make this location stand out. I called it hoping to get transferred to this specific San Diego Ship Center, but there's no way to reach a human -- not even through a phone tree. As it's set up now, the only way to talk to someone here is to show up in person. But even then, the only staff available are front-of-store employees who can't actually help -- they just point you back to the 1-800 number. That's unfair to them: it's not their job to absorb complaints they have no ability to resolve. And it's unfair to customers, who shouldn't have to jump through this many hoops just to get a problem addressed. The frustrating part is that my actual issue isn't complicated. But it's dragged on for days because FedEx has made it functionally impossible to reach anyone at this store who can address it -- and that's created a cascade of new problems on top of the original one.

Copy2Copy completed an amazing document digitization project for us, preserving our family legacy…read morefrom the past 100+ years. This was way beyond scanning of historic documents - their quality control is unmatched - cropping and positioning every scan, which was perfectly digitized, and meticulously labeling every document, folder and file in a logical file structure so we can easily locate over 7,500 documents. Some documents are from the 1940's and earlier, larger format, which required careful handling to preserve both the image and document. Nimish and his team are responsive, communicate well and thoughtful in how they approach a project of this magnitude. They had many helpful suggestions as we progressed to completion. We've uploaded the entire project to a protected redundant shared Google Drive structure so all the kids, grandkids and great grandkids can access it for decades to come. We highly recommend Cop2Copy for important, high value projects to preserve treasured memories like this, in an easily accessible and organized format. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome.
