I do remember feeling that it was overpriced at the time. That was a couple years ago. Recently, my husband and I wanted to make a personalized hard-back concert poster for an event. First, I thought I would try one of the smaller, local printing shops. We contacted that shop and found that the price was more expensive than FedEx and would take several days to complete. FedEx would be able to complete the project within 24 hours. Anyway, the project came out beautifully and was ready after only about 12 hours. I was very happy with the service, though it still felt a bit expensive. At only $0.82 for a single page for black and white, it's much cheaper than other places that charge around $2.50 for the same thing. That said, there are some drawbacks. After you email your document, it can take five minutes or more just to receive the retrieval code to enter at the printer. The staff will tell you to step outside and refresh your email, but the delay makes the process pretty frustrating. Parking is another issue. There are about 17-18 spots, but even with only four customers in the store, I couldn't find a space. I waited at least eight minutes and still nothing opened up, not even on the side street. I eventually gave up on parking and walked. Overall, it's the best price I've found for printing a small number of pages, but the wait times and parking situation make it a bit of a headache.
