Some days I got transfer to noone and eventually got thru and was transferred again to the lady at the front desk. She then transferred me to someone and we begin working on the final draft. I told them I changed my mind and wanted to pick up my business cards. Well about 8 days later I walked in the shop only to be told my cards had been mailed to Florida. Well I had the business cards sent back to me. Great images but I'm sorry they really failed on customer service. I always critique business because in good time you will survive with poor customer service. But most people don't spend good money on poor customer service in bad times so yeah that's why many businesses fail. Poor customer service and poor customer loyalty. The customers pay your the series of workers not necessarily the boss. The distribute a check to you but that money came from a paying customer.

This was way beyond scanning of historic documents - their quality control is unmatched - cropping and positioning every scan, which was perfectly digitized, and meticulously labeling every document, folder and file in a logical file structure so we can easily locate over 7,500 documents. Some documents are from the 1940's and earlier, larger format, which required careful handling to preserve both the image and document. Nimish and his team are responsive, communicate well and thoughtful in how they approach a project of this magnitude. They had many helpful suggestions as we progressed to completion. We've uploaded the entire project to a protected redundant shared Google Drive structure so all the kids, grandkids and great grandkids can access it for decades to come. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.

They make everything incredibly easy and always go above and beyond. They've been my favorite local business for years, and it's easy to see why. If you need to ship something, print artwork, or take care of any business tasks, skip the post office and stop by here instead. They will give you so many options on shipping costs, and even have a packing table where you can reuse padded envelopes, boxes, sleeves etc... I love how green they are!
