I found this awesome business for my wedding through Yelp and want to contribute to all the amazing reviews!! I was helped promptly, given a reasonable quote, and the prints came out great with a quick turn around of 3 days after I placed my order. I didn't feel like we were overcharged and they nicely prepared all our prints including seating chart form board, 100 programs, 130 escort cards, and a few signs! Great experience!! One of the employees also gave me great advice to wait until a week before my wedding in case there were any changes. The communication via email was easy and the pick up was easy too! read more

Came in for a small order of place cards for a wedding and had a great experience. Their minimum order is 50 pieces, which was perfect for what I needed,. As someone who doesn't usually visit professional print shops, I was intimidated but the employee walked me through the entire process. They let me view paper types, offered to let me keep the sample booklet, and guided me through the ordering process (which is online and is set up wonderfully). I was able to pick up my order within the next business day and I even got a call to confirm details before they printed and cut. My order's print quality was on par with what I was looking for and I'll definitely be coming back for future print jobs. read more

Came here after a disappointing experience printing my wedding invitations with another local printer (won't name names, but they also have high ratings here). I emailed SignKing asking for a quote and Sequoia was prompt, professional and super helpful in recommending paper stock and helping with my print job in general! Sign King was also 1/2 the price of what I paid the other printer (same specs and paper stock), and they came out WAY better! They also were kind enough to print same-day after I came in to approve my proof, saving me an extra trip to the shop :) I'm super happy I found Sign King and am definitely a loyal customer! Thank you Sequoia for saving my wedding invitations! read more

Any chance for an extra star = 6 ? As meeting planners, we reach out to printers all over the world. But it is the first time someone is going beyond the call to put our minds at ease! This is superb customer care. Period. Sign King is every small business owner's Swiss Army Knife. Whatever you need, they can do. No joke. I own a small startup called War Foodie that seeks to reinvent the care package for service members on deployment overseas. I approached sign king with a design project: we wanted to design custom packaging and labels for my seven categories of items. From day one, they were incredibly supportive. I worked with their graphic design specialist Tom Oudinarath for about 3 months to make this entire project happen. Many people don't care about aesthetics and will approach a graphic designer and say, "Make me something beautiful." It's very vague and its not helpful to the designer because he doesn't know your preferences, color palettes, textures, etc. I wasn't sure what I wanted at first, and after going through a few different artistic directions, Tom and I agreed on what elements we knew we wanted for sure. We stressed over every detail from military uniform details to shading to colors to fonts to textures to nutrition labels to even the proper globe projections and locating conflict zones. This was an enormous project, and I was very particular about almost every detail within the design. I know I am very demanding, so I can tell you right now that Tom can do whatever craziness you can imagine. Favorite things about Tom: -Dude is a wizard with design software. To get to his level of proficiency takes years and years, and its why you pay a professional. In short, I know what I want, but I can't do it because I don't know the software. He can make it happen, instantaneously. -He gives you his honest opinion about something, and he can explain to you why certain things are the way they are. I felt like I was getting an education on top of a design service. He understands the printing technology behind the scenes and can tell you what things to watch out for ahead of time such as margins, bleeds, texture effects, color matching, typographic alignment, etc. -I've worked with designers that would tell you they can or cannot do something, but they can't tell you why. Usually, its because they're lazy and don't want to do it. Tom is honest and hard working. He doesn't complain and he just works with you until you're happy. Finally, when I was making my video for my company, I wanted to do some of the video shoot at Sign King because I like their space. They were happy to support! I really don't know how much more I can ask for. Why would I ever work with anyone else? read more

The best. We had a wedding crisis and they turned around some new vinyl lettering in hours! Highly recommend read more

We used Sign King for our wedding invitations! We had them print the actual invitation card, an RSVP card, a map with directions (Double sided), and a card that had all of the wedding details on it. All of the cards turned out beautifully! I had a few questions when I was deciding if I would order our wedding invitations with Sign King, and was able to speak very quickly with an associate via an online chat. That was super helpful and convenient, and the associate quickly answered any questions I had. The invitations were done within a few days, and were perfect! The quality was great, the printing was great, and the thickness of the paper worked well for an invitation. I drew the art for the invitations myself, so it was important that the printed version matched my original art, and it was spot on. If you are working with custom art for invitations, Sign King provides a quick, easy, and perfect service. You won't be disappointed! read more

They ROCKED my urgent banner and sticker print job for an event at the convention center. It was ready in less than 24 hours and the owner even helped me out with some scrap poster board I needed. I am so pleased with the vehicle decals I received the other day! I stopped in to Sign King with literally 10 minutes to go before they closed. Sequoia was great and didn't make me feel rushed at all. I gave her all of my files and she was super quick with her quote. The cost was way less than I expected. Within a week my decals were ready to rock. I had a very detailed illustration that I was a bit worried about printing in such a large size but it looks amazing!!!!! Jamaica really cares about the clients and they do an INCREDIBLE job at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

These guys impressed me to the full effect. I needed two pretty large banners for an event that was happening in about 36 hrs. I placed the order and said to the friendly chap who took it that I needed a miracle to get em done in time and "Hallelujah--Praise the Lord" they made it happen. Besides having probably one of the coolest names I've ever heard, (Jamaica) the dude who helped was very professional and made my life so easy by being spot on with his service and non stupidity that I've run into at ahem--Staples. I was never even able to make it into this place to thank them for getting my banners to me in such a hurry, but their website says they have all sorts of printing services which I will most definitely be hitting up in the future. Sign King is the Chuck Norris of print centers. It roundhouse kicks the shiz out of Office Dept, Staples, Kincos or any of the other print centers that have probably let you down in the past. Long live the King! read more

So we had a Yelp Crisis on Thursday and needed 3,000+ flyers that needed to be fixed by this weekend. On the flyer, the link to the event was not correct so we needed a professional and stylish way to get the word out. Who you gonna call!? SIGN KING that's who! This place is located in Old Town and is really easy to find. The people there are probably the coolest people you will met. They have their own unique style or conducting business and are really genuine, down to earth guys. Each have a ridiculous but cool nicknames like Jamaican, Tom Tom... So they printed out paper that was sticky on the back so it could be transformed into labels. He showed me how to cut the paper so it would be the most efficient way. I didn't have an exacto knife so he just gave me one with extra blades. Now if I attempted this project with scissors, it would def. be a hotmess and would take hours. Now, can you see why Sign King is a freakin LIFESAVER. Sign King is an awesome place if you need anything printed, designed, or created. Trust me, save your time, the hassle and money and you will not be disappointed going to Sign King! Don't go to places like Staples or Kinko's! Sign King, is truly the emperor of Printing! read more

After posting my review on Yelp, I was contacted by the owner, Jamaica. He apologized for any problems I might have had and really bent over backward to make everything right. I understand that when a company has employees, maintaining a level of customer service is always a challenge. When management is willing to step in and make sure a customer is satisified, that's really all you can ask for. Hiccups happen, but Sign King demonstrated the proper way to handle them. I can now say that I would recommend Sign King, knowing that they have responsive ownership who care about their reputation and customer. read more

Signking is the go to printer for my team. We've had them print everything from business cards, to luxury magazines. They are highly responsive, offer quick and clear direction for print formatting, and swift turnaround times. The paper quality and color matching can't be beat. I've worked with other printing vendors, and as a graphic designer I can say not many have as much attention to detail as Signking. Thank you Jamaica and team! I was helping with organizing a large charity event and needed several signs made along with flyer's and some other random things. I was referred to Sign King and spoke with Jamaica and explained all of the things I needed. He gave me an email address so I could send the artwork to him and wrote out the details of what I needed. His response time was awesome! He came back quickly with ideas and ways to save me money and off he went. He was done with all of my banners, signs, and flyer's within a week. I ordered a media backdrop as well and that only took him a few days to complete. Sign King is very easy to work with, simple communication, and clear pricing. I never had to call and ask them the status of the jobs because they always called or emailed me first. Another plus is that they have a parking lot so you don't have to worry about parking! read more

I called Sign King to get my business cards printed after seeing their reviews here and I'm so pleased with their staff and quality of work. I was in panic because I needed them printed that day, but it was no problem on their end! I calmed down, emailed my files over, and they suggested I use the linen paper for my design. They were right and I'm beyond excited with my cards. They were a great price too. Everyone was super easy to talk to and I will definitely be recommending them to others. read more

Wow... This place was pretty amazing. It took a while for me to get 50 people to agree on a freakin sign where I work and Jamaica (the guy who works here, possible owner?) was super patient. My sign was ready immediately after I gave the approval! They have a ton of options for signage, business cards etc... They converted my jpg into a vector file and matched several colors of vinyl to our logo. I was kind of worried about it matching what I originally put together, but it looks perfect. I will definitely be going back. read more

I walked into Sign King immediately after leaving another local printer down the street because they completely forgot to work on my order (among other issues). I needed business cards printed that had to be sent out due to some custom requests. I couldn't give Sign King much time since I had already wasted a 1 1/2 weeks with the other printer. Long story short, they were able to turn around the cards in 3 days with my custom design that the other place said couldn't be done due to limited capabilities of the raised ink process. All at a lower cost. I've very satisfied with the end product. The folks at Sign King were very helpful and responsive. They also understood my sense of urgency and delivered the cards to meet my deadline with my client. read more

I first came to Sign King to create a logo for my new company and worked with Tom. It was amazing to see the design come together before my eyes. The elements that I wanted done in a specific way were produced perfectly and when there was room for artistic creativity, Tom gave suggestions that made the logo more stunning than I could have imagined. He nailed the vibe that I was going for. I was so happy that I worked with him again to make business cards and a banner with fantastic results. There was an small error on the banner, but they were happy to reprint it right away or give me a discount if I still wanted it, which I thought was very fair. The prices are good and the quality is great. I will return to Sign King for future signage needs for my company. read more

Recently I needed to get business cards made. I looked around online for a place that was highly recommended and that's how I came upon Sign King. I previously owned a small business and had cards made for that. However, the company I used was a place I would not use again. Yes they were creative, but they were very undisciplined and not business people at all. Communication was difficult and the process took an unnecessarily long time. So I approached Sign King with bad memories of that experience and hoping this would be very different. it was!!! I walked in the door without an appointment and told them I needed cards done. I told them I didn't have a design at all and needed help with that so they advised their designer's availability the next day and made an appointment for me. They said it should only take about an hour with him to achieve what I was aiming for. I'm a makeup artist so I wanted something visually appealing, but not typical, tacky or over the top. I went in the next day and sat with their designer who was sweet, sharp and highly effective. It took less than an hour and was a fun collaboration. We were done, the preferences of paper quality, finishes, and quantity gone over and order placed. I was advised it should take a couple weeks. My cards were done and ready in way under two weeks. They look beautiful and I'm really happy. The prices are extremely reasonable and the entire staff is not only nice, but professional and attentive. I am so very grateful to Sign King for a positive experience and a quality, reasonably priced product. I HIGHLY recommend them. If I ever have any other printing needs I am going there because I know they'll take excellent care of me and deliver exactly what they say they will. Thank you Sign King! read more
