We were in a real bind as we were not able to contact the company we had previously used. It was Friday afternoon, and we needed the sign for Sunday. I called Signs Done Fast and talked to Michelle who was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was quick to respond to any changes that I needed done, and was so calm and friendly. Being late on a Friday afternoon I was frantically concerned about making it to their office before close of business, but Michelle continued to stay calm and even offered to meet me halfway later in the evening to deliver sign. I ultimately was able to pick up my sign on Saturday, but talk about going above and beyond her duties! Such a delightfully refreshing customer service experience, and my sign was, indeed, 'Done Fast'. Many thanks to Michelle... read more

Delaney offered top tier customer service. Signs Done Fast made two signs and a banner for my business and truly went above and beyond. Their pricing is fair if you want quality. Not cheap, but good quality things should come with an appropriate price tag. You do get what you pay for, especially if it's business related. Ill continue to use Signs Done Fast for my growing business and continue to recommend them within my network. read more

Wow! Brian went above and beyond to produce and deliver our banner to us! He saved us with this last minute request. I am so grateful to have a banner ready for our big launch on Monday. Thank you Brian for your dedication and going the extra mile! :-) read more

I am a real estate broker and needed to have new signs made with updated branding. I did a small test order with Signs Done Fast but the colors and quality just weren't what I was expecting. When I picked up the signs, I asked about the colors looking dull and the printing fuzzy. I was told the printing machines are all a little different and the colors produced were the same as what was in the file I sent them. I went to another shop who really took the time to listen and made sure the signs I received were what I wanted. The photo I am including has two signs. The smaller one was produced by Signs Done Fast. The larger sign is what came from the other company. The pricing between the two companies were comparable. read more

Signs done fast as hell is more like it! Itzel is on it with her customer service. I called in for a quote and she had awesome communication throughout. Paid for rush service and was quoted 30 minutes to be ready for pick up. Got an email 16 minutes after I paid that it was already ready! I can't really comment on colors as I printed a black and white sign, but very happy with the product and fully intend to purchase more signs in the future! read more

After Googling a place to design my logo, Signs Done Fast came up. I walked in and I worked with Olivia. She was the perfect person for what I was looking for. She was very attentive, she asked the right questions and she was clear about what I needed. After I placed my order, their turn-around time was fast! When I picked up my logo it was immaculate!!! This company gave us by far the lowest quote of any other sign company in San Diego, and they delivered the product exactly as I had designed it, even the font and shape of the letters were perfectly matched. And they did it in the time we agreed to. Can't ask for more. I would recommend Signs Done Fast to anyone looking for affordable, professional signs. Thank you!! read more

I had two huge 8' x 16' cabinet signs installed on an extremely tall tower for my business. I also had two channel letter signs re-faced and re-installed on my by building. David was my primary point of contact. He did a fantastic job managing this complicated project. Signs were installed on time, on budget, look fantastic, and at a competitive price. I will definitely be using these guys in the future. Keep up the great work! read more

I actually started dealing with another company and had an order almost done but the sales rep was taking forever to reasoned at times. So I decided to call signs done fast and spoke with Dave. So glad I did because they gave me the exact same thing the other company was offering for $800 less plus Dave was very helpful and responsive and always answered the phone when I had questions. I would highly recommend this company. They worked with our construction schedule and the install was done in about an hour read more

I was looking online to get a real estate sign done for my house we are selling. My wife is a new agent and we needed it done quickly. I called in and spoke with Olivia and she answered all of my stupid questions. Now the other company back east was almost double the cost and it would have taken 2 weeks to get the sign. So I decided to look at buying LOCALLY and glad I did. Not only did Signs Done Fast get me the proof within 2 days, they had it finished and in front of the house 2 days earlier than promised! I was able to rent a wooden sign holder for super cheap through them and have it delivered cheaper than me buying one and trying to put it up ourselves. We plan on using them a lot in the future and I appreciate the great customer service and efficient people working there. THANK YOU SDF! : ) read more

I ordered a small sign and paid the full amount for it up front. In the beginning of the process the proof was not sent when stated. I began to doubt the sign would would be ready in the agreed 5-7 business days. It was not. Later, I was given two more delays because a supplier did not provide the necessary materials. After nearly a month and a fourth delay I canceled the order. While everyone I spoke with was polite and seemed helpful the whole deal was a waste of time. The only information I received along the way came after I initiated the request and the completion date always turned out inaccurate. To add an update: My refund was issued within 24 hours upon request. Two days later I received a phone call saying the refund had been made in error and I needed to return it. Supposedly, I had not paid for the sign. I suggested they check their records since I had a receipt showing I paid in full. Haven't heard anything back since then. read more

Ginny and Bryan were extremely tentative to what I wanted. They brought my vision to life with what seemed like great ease. I've worked with other graphic designers and it's sometime hard to express what look I'm going for. With signs done fast, all of us were on the same page throughout the process. My custom "new homes" billboardish sign looks great, their installation was prompt and I couldn't be happier. Pricing was also very competitive. Awesome company to work with. read more

I'm very disappointed after reading their nice reviews on Yelp. I was off to a great start on my banner project as the business owner reply e-mailed me quickly over the weekend and told me someone would get in touch with me on Monday, which they did. I went in to get a few banners made up and I was explicit about the color blue I needed and even provided CMYK (a specific color code for print) to ensure the color is reproduced properly from digital to print. Anyway, not only did they print my sign on the wrong thickness banner (I requested 15 and they did the thinner 13, but also the color blue was completely darker than what I needed, AND there was a ton of pink/black over-spray around all the lettering). I arrived to pick it all up and the guy I was dealing with during the project left the office right after calling me to tell me it was ready (I arrived a few minutes later) and I had to talk with one of the girls who wasn't up to speed with my job and then hash it out with her, versus dealing with the guy who was well aware of the requirements and that the job was not done correctly). I sent an e-mail to the guy I was dealing with right after pickup and said this is really disappointing, etc. but no call or e-mail today, so now the review. I feel pretty taken advantage of with the sticker pricing/quantity and they wasted my time having me come pick up a banner that was apparently 'ready' but not really, since the colors were wrong, it had pink over spray around text, and was printed on the wrong material. (I was not charged for the product, nor did I take it home, but they did nothing to resolve the situation and get me the CORRECT banner I needed, so I decided to shop elsewhere). On top of all of this, I paid $150 for 100 (one-hundred) 2" by 6" stickers of my logo and just realized now that at any other shop the going rate is about $150 for 1000 (ONE THOUSAND stickers like what I got). Not to get a follow-up call of apology about the banner (and maybe an effort/attempt to get me a new banner done correctly, ASAP) from the guy who was heading up this job petrubed me even more. Instead, they just let my e-mail die and did not reach out to me to try to resolve the situation. I won't be back. read more

I needed two banners for a good price. They finished them quickly and they look great. The customer service was perfect. Thanks again!

Thanks to the great reviews I read here, I decided to work with them and I'm so glad I did. David was the kind person I dealt with, he helped me designed a sign and he was very patient, we went back and forth like a couple of times or maybe more, he was very nice; then the sign was made through them and installed. The sign was beautiful, the installation was great, quite fast. I am so grateful for the far and beyond service given here. They work hard to provide excellence in every step of the way. I have been doing business with Signs Done fast for a long time. 1. There prices are very reasonable. 2. There turnaround time is when you want it.. not when they can get to it. 3. Friendly staff make it so worth while to go visit instead of email sometimes. :) 4. From simple biz cards and banners to shirts and convention kiosks.. they have done it all for me. Thanks for always being there for me. USE THEM, Trust me! read more

These guys are phenom! My business needs quite a bit of signage for maximizing the sale of clients homes, our construction projects, or open houses. Because of our signage we bring between 300-400 people every time we show a home. As a result our homes usually sell within 3 days and our properties rent even faster. We looked to get some help from them with signage, banners, sign riders. The crew here is nothing but solutions. They helped me with design, found a business to put signs up for us, and worked to find my team exactly what we needed. Above and beyond is where these guys operate daily and the "extra mile" a commonplace. They produce quality and are timely. There prices are the best I've found and the positive mentality exudes optimism and problem solving. They move fast and always deliver quality. The manager will do anything to take care of you. I personally watched a client come in for a product, massive sign for a grand opening, and the client accidentally ordered 1 and needed 2. It was 10 minutes till close and the grand opening was the next day!!! These signs were not a standard product. in fact they were In excess of 20 feet by 15 feet across. The manager worked till 11pm that night and personally ensured signs were delivered to the establishment before the next days' 7am opening. I was impressed to say the least. Whether you are a business owner, nonprofit board member, operations planner, marketer, or just making signs for birthday party a school project they can help. Start to finish they do it all. More for less is the mantra. Calling them will save or make you money. Thanks isn't enough. read more

Brian & Michelle were amazing to work with. I reached out to a few other sign companies before finding Sings Done Fast. & Just like their name suggest, not only did Michelle respond to my inquiry super fast, but she also gave me great suggestions and recommendations as to what would look the best for my Open House signs and For Sale signs. I rarely give anybody five stars but I have never had any issues with this printer. I normally deal with Brian and he has been such a pleasure to work with. I have done business with many printers before - he's fast and efficient and I love doing business with him. The quality of work is always perfect and I never have to worry about any mistakes. I have purchased business cards banners, flyers, signs, and even one of those sign spinner boards that people play with in the streets. Everything was made with supreme quality and was brought to me within a few days. Customer service is superb and the prices are not bad at all either. Very disappointed. We order a sign for our business, paid the half part for production after some days we received an email saying that the printer was broken and the sign production would be delayed. After waiting some days I had to email back to see when the sign would be ready. We set a date for the installation, I call in the morning to confirm the appointment and the appointment was confirmed between 10am and 12pm. I paid someone to wait at my business for the installation and for my surprise nobody come. I emailed back and got the news that they weren't able to got because someone got stuck at another client. So I lost time and money. I asked if someone could go at the same day and the they said that they could send someone but not the best one. I said ok. The guy came and could put the sign right. They said they gonna send someone out soon to correct the problem. Almost a month after they send someone without letting me know. The guy fixed the sign. I didn't have the money ready since I didn't know that he was coming. Today I got a call saying if I don't pay they will take out the sign. I said I was going there Monday to pay. Let's see how this is gonna end very unprofessional customer service Timeline - 01/16 sign approved 01/23 sign ready 02/07 no contact I had to email to schedule the installation 02/12 got an answer 02/13 installation day - didn't happen 02/14 wrong installation 03/9 final installation As you can see signs are not done fast and customer service isn't good but the quality is good. read more

These guys are seriously awesome. I had a photo that I wanted blown up to 5x2 ft and printed to hang as a piece of art in my house. At first, I tried the big chain stores - both FedEx and UPS were rude, impatient and seemed annoyed when I asked for advice of how best to complete my project. Signs Done Fast were able to beat both FedEx & UPS's quotes and also offered me advice on the best material to use and how to hang it. Once they got it printed, they even offered to help me in their space if I didn't have the right tools. Their prices are unbeatable, they're local, the quality is perfect and both employees who helped me were ridiculously helpful and friendly. read more
