This is my first experience with DeFrance and it was definitely worthy of a review. I have been…read moreshopping around for a printer for business cards and wanted to go with a smaller traditional printer. DeFrance came recommended to me from a few other business colleagues. When I contacted them they were very friendly and made it easy to get things moving. I emailed them all the information needed to prepare my cards. Upon review of the proof which they emailed to me, the cards were ready in less than a day. They offered me a choice of shipping the cards to me or picking them up. Their building is a bit old and has a very nostalgic feel to it. Just standing in the building I felt that I had stepped back in time a bit and wondered about all the items that must have been printed in this facility. When I met the staff they were very personal. Unlike going into a Kinkos or other "chain" store, these people genuinely cared about providing a quality product and it showed. When I picked up my cards I had said they turned out even better than I had expected and I'm still raving to others about the quality. They might be a little more expensive than other "chain store" printers, but like anything else, you get what you pay for and for me, the business card is usually someones first impression and for some, it might be their only impression if they don't get a chance to talk to you directly but are just given a card and with a card printed from DeFrance, you are clearly going to present a good first impression. Great service, great staff and great product. I'll be back!

We just opened a new IV Hydration Therapy clinic in Encinitas, and I contacted a few different sign companies to work with. We wanted them to design, fabricate, and install a custom LED backlit sign for the storefront. Out of all the different companies we worked with, Sasha and Lighthouse were by far the most professional, timely, and with the most aesthetically pleasing deliverables out of all the companies who provided us quotes. He was very quick to return a mock up of what the design would look like based on our exact requests. They proposed this design to the city of Encinitas, and after one small change in the initial design bid, had the final design approved and ready for install. The company just finished the installation, and although the structural changes proved more difficult than they initially estimated, their team did an OUTSTANDING job of installing the sign. Without question or hesitation, our sign is the best looking in the building, no matter if it is daytime or night. I am completely impressed with their company from top to bottom, and will most certainly be using them for our future sign needs at future locations. If you are debating a sign company to use, trust my recommendation and don't look past Sasha and Lighthouse, you won't be disappointed!

This was way beyond scanning of historic documents - their quality control is unmatched - cropping and positioning every scan, which was perfectly digitized, and meticulously labeling every document, folder and file in a logical file structure so we can easily locate over 7,500 documents. Some documents are from the 1940's and earlier, larger format, which required careful handling to preserve both the image and document. Nimish and his team are responsive, communicate well and thoughtful in how they approach a project of this magnitude. They had many helpful suggestions as we progressed to completion. We've uploaded the entire project to a protected redundant shared Google Drive structure so all the kids, grandkids and great grandkids can access it for decades to come. We highly recommend Cop2Copy for important, high value projects to preserve treasured memories like this, in an easily accessible and organized format. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome.
