Very happy with our new website the team at Self Image Media has created for us. From first contact we found it easy that we could speak with Bjorn the creative director directly over the phone, rather than through email. The design and functionality his team had shown us had far exceeded what we originally envisioned and loved their work. Our website not only looks nicer but also functions better. Thank you for your hard work and delivering a new website that will grow our business online. read more

I own and operate a pub crawl business in San Diego, and for years I only had a landing page to garner reservations and give information to potential costumers. I knew I needed a new more interactive and robust website, but frankly I lacked all knowledge on how to get the project started. I received a recommendation from a friend of mine who had worked with Self Image Media in the past and had vouched for their professionalism and quality of work. As a very unweb-savvy person, my biggest concern was patience. I knew exactly what I wanted, but I didn't quite know how to communicate it. Let me tell you, Bjorn @ Self Image Media was a savior! We sat down and had a consultation, he listened, took notes, had a slew of recommendations for things I hadn't even thought of, and I left the first meeting with a weight lifted off my chest. The best part? He had the first iteration of the website up in less than a week! Over the next few weeks, Bjorn helped me write my content and finalize my design. Let me say, as an independent business owner I am one of the pickiest people ever. Bjorn had the patience of a saint, and never complained or scoffed as we made even the smallest adjustments to make the webpage just right. Bjorn taught me how to manage the webpage myself; however, for those of you without the time or patience, he offers a monthly service fee to completely manage the page! I assure you, it's worth it. To this day, I still have small questions for Bjorn and he is always there to answer them for me. I love my new webpage, and it's all thanks to Self Image Media. Bjorn @ Self Image Media is not playing! I have been burned by a website designer in the past, so I was really cautious on who I chose for my new site. I emailed other web design firms and Self Image Media for a quote for a new website since the one I had was a sub-par website I made myself. With my business growing, I knew that I needed a website that would get my clients excited about hiring my company's services and inform them of in a way that would keep their interest. Bjorn was the only that followed up more than once and made it a point to meet in person. First impression is important in my field and I knew from our phone call, he was the right choice. After I paid him, 2 weeks to the day he had my new site, ready for my review. With a few tweaks here and there, the site turned out better than I had imagined.True professional, on time, attention to detail #1, Self Image Media is the real deal. Oh, I also had problems with my logo, he took care of it and did not charge me anything in return. Great experience. Highly recommended! read more
