My husband is scheduled to return from his Navy Deployment three days from the day I messaged Del Mar Blue Print for a quote to see if they could make a welcome sign for me. Due to COVID-19, guests are no longer allowed to greet their Sailors on the pier and so must wait in a designated parking lot for them to arrive.
