I found Del Mar Blue Print on yelp and Jason was very quick to respond to my email for a quote. Response time for any email was very fast. I was impressed with the prices, quality of the paper, and customer service. I created a design on canva and Jason was quickly able to print a sample for me to see in the store. Time for production was two hours, which I was very happy about! All online printing services were at least 1 week. I had a total of 180 things printed and it cost $45. Honestly, the best price in town. I am so happy with how they turned out and have been recommending Del Mar blue print to several other friends. Thank you, Jason and team!

Allllll the stars!!!! This company will be sure to work with you to get exactly what you need. From start to finish I was taken care of way above my expectations. My husband is scheduled to return from his Navy Deployment three days from the day I messaged Del Mar Blue Print for a quote to see if they could make a welcome sign for me. Due to COVID-19, guests are no longer allowed to greet their Sailors on the pier and so must wait in a designated parking lot for them to arrive. I wanted something to catch his attention and also be silly in nature yet still capture a welcome home moment for him. THEY NAILED IT!!! They weren't able to make the sign using the photo of the idea that I had bcz of the poor photo quality. However, their graphic designer was able to come up with something even better than what I had imagined! The turnaround time was extremely fast, I wasn't expecting same-day service at all but they made it happen just in time for me to have the coolest looking sign during this homecoming event!!! I will be referring all of my friends and family to them and I look forward to being a returning customer, Thanks Dan!

But only one employee was working (the other must have been on break because he came out later) - and he was on the phone with a customer for a good 15 minutes, without even looking up at me. I was determined to stay because I knew I was next (and would he really stay on the phone for 30 minutes?) - & because I'd gotten really bad passport photos done at the local Postal Annex - and UPS & AAA are closed on Sunday and I wanted to get this DONE (AAA had a really long line on Sat. & I knew it could be long if I tried again next week). Also my friend told me she got passport photos here and they came out well. So sure enough when the employee was done on the phone (wearied by the annoying customer who was doing way more of the talking), he did my passport photos quickly and they came out great. $16 is more than AAA charges, but less than Postal Annex and they came out beautifully. So 5 stars for my photos, 3.5 stars for the value, 1 star for the customer who kept the lone employee on the phone for 15 mins, and then you decide what I should give the employee who took great photos but didn't say hi once while I was the only one in line and waiting LOL.

On my recent trip to Staples I brought a pencil sharpener to return that I had purchased online. I…read morewent to the front because there was no line at the time and I have been stuck in long ones before. The person working the register got my order id and then hands me a receipt. He was not trained to confirm the details about the amount of my return. Unfortunately I was only given back the value of 60 % the cost of the item online and 50% of the cost in store. The month before this I had placed an online order that never arrived so part of my purchase was using a credit, but not the kind of credit that requires a minimum purchase. So I asked if I could exchange the item instead and he called a manager who was not interested in even listening and she called some 800 number and handed the phone to me. If the employee had confirmed the amount of the return I would have been able to do an exchange, but his failure to do that cost me money. And the manager was unwilling to cancel the return so I left without my pencil sharpener and lost the credit that they gave me for failing to deliver my order. This is not a lot of money, but i expent cashiers to be competent and I expect managers to train them. The store manager was awful, did not care about the customer and took no responsibility for running the store.

I apologized for asking a question. Ten minutes later an employee took my photos. Then I asked for copies of documents to be printed. I was referred to self-service. After following all the steps - the codes sent to me by staples did not work. I approached full service and the employee was condescending and I decided to match her energy. She questioned me regarding the steps I took to complete my copy process. I told her. She spoke to me like I was five years old and asked each question again. She took my phone and said to wait for another code. I went back to the self service machine. The code never came. Another employee hovered offering to help. I let him know what was happening and he told me to go outside because the wifi would work better. This was after the machine had already taken my payment information- I was just supposed to go outside and wait patiently. Other customers came in and had the same trouble I had. It was clear when I spoke to other customers that my frustration was building. After being chastised and being treated like a five year old Esteban let me know I didn't need to give him attitude because he wasn't giving me attitude. I let him know how I felt about this horrible experience and left. No copies. I hate Solana Beach Staples. Worst service of all office retailers.
