This place is so convenient. They do Amazon returns, happy returns, spectrum/at&t plus notary and finger printing. I appreciate the service the staff gives even when its a little hectic in there. I always come to ship here because they are fair and always look out for the best rate. Jon, Jeff and Luisa make an excellent team! Thank you for all your help. read more

Great service, kind and helpful staff! I'm in and out of there in minutes. They package it up for you and your off. Easy parking right in front of their store front. read more

I've held a club volunteer position for the last several years that requires a post box and I'm so glad that I chose the Del Mar UPS Store. One of the great advantages is that you can call or email them to find out if you have any mail, unlike the US Post Office which (for clubs and businesses) requires you to drive down and physically check all the time. I can go weeks without getting any mail so being able to call and check was a huge time saver. And the staff - Jeff, Jon and Luisa - are so helpful and friendly and responsible. It is always a pleasure to stop in. I also do all of my package shipping, Amazon returns, shredding, printing, and notary services there. Truly a convenient one-stop service. I highly recommend them. read more

That was the most ridiculous experience. I show up 2 min before closing and his answer to my print job was, "I don't know how to print that (they do it every day for me) and I don't have time, we are closing in two minutes. I'm sure this is corporate greed on the part of UPS ramming their employees to avoid overtime. When I worked my family retail business we'd stay for an hour after closing. What a joke, not knowing how to do the job, simple 1-page print and unwilling to help a regular customer. Don't go here, try another store!!! Horrible. read more

Twenty-plus years of great service to us. We first started using this UPS Store (then Mail Boxes Etc ) over twenty years ago when we moved to Del Mar, initially with a private mail box while transitioning to the area. Shipping service here has been convenient and terrific. Now we come here for Amazon returns when we're in Del Mar. There's limited 20-minute parking in front of the store, more south of the store and on side streets. Store associates are always friendly and helpful. read more

We stopped by at this place to get our documents notarized and faxed. The establishment is clean. Sandra was very helpful, courteous and friendly. She even offered complimentary copies of our documents for free. This UPS store is located in Camino Del Mar; very nice community and close to the beaches. The scenery is beautiful around this area. I highly recommend this UPS store. read more

The UPS Store - UPS Store: 1155 Camino Del Mar, Del Mar, CA 92014, 20181123 - Shipping Centers Near Me - Del Mar, California

I went into the store to get a document notarized. When I finally got the clerks attention he asked me in a very gruff voice what I wanted. He told me to sit at a table and he would be right with me. He then proceeded to help other customers that came in after me and when they were gone, he did some stretching exercises. After about 15 minutes of doing nothing I was getting rather impatient and asked him how long it would be for me to get waited on. He got extremely irritated with my question and started to try and pick a fight with me. I refused to take the bait. Then a woman who was in another room all the time taking a break came out and asked me what i wanted. I told her and the unkept guy with the long beard told her not to wait on me. She asked me to leave for two hours and come back. I said I'm leaving but not coming back. I have been a customer of this store for several years. I'm shocked at the treatment I got and I would like to let the owner know how they are treating his business when he is not around. Several people here in Del Mar have noticed how bad they are being treated by the staff of this UPS. I think the way i was treated is appalling read more

UPS stores differ and this one excels. Needed to package and send expensive stereo equipment. Knew what and how to do. Other local store was not confident that they could do it. This store is much better organized and everything seemed well organized. Worth going out of your way to get things done right. Also very friendly owner whi just wants to help. read more

Brian gave excellent customer service. I was needing a box and he provided me a complimentary one in my time of need!

When I first moved to the area I tried to get a PO Box at a UPS store closer to my house but none were available. Little did I know that was going to be in my best interest. This is beyond a shadow of a doubt the best run UPS store in CA! Owner is so kind and helpful. The staff are incredibly helpful (thanks Jon!) everybody knows your name and we always have a joke to share. They'll even go so far as to let you know the most cost effective way to ship packages. Thanks guys! read more

I can not recommend this location enough. Jeff and all of the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. As a local business we use their services multiple times a week and they have always delivered and gone above and beyond. Thank you everyone!!! read more

I rarely leave a review of any place but this seems worthy. I dropped a few packages off to be mailed and some were for USPS. After we were called to pick up the packages bc they couldn't send out, the packages were nowhere to be found!!! Three weeks later, 3 phone calls later and 3 visits later....we finally asked all the employees (including the manager ... she couldn't be bothered) to finally look in their closet. Voila, there were my $350 worth of returns!!! Horrible customer service and an inordinate waste of time!!! read more

I live closer to the UPS store off Del Mar Heights. However, I choose to drive 5 more mins out of my way to come to this store instead due to better service. I have stopped by multiple times in the last couple of months and the service has always been consistent. Today I needed a notary for power of attorney forms. Will helped me in less than 10 mins. Staff is friendly and always helpful. The store also is less chaotic then other locations and you can always find street parking if spaces are full. read more

This location is just a little out of my way but they are so friendly, happy to help with excellent customer service. Just an overall good vibe. I'm very VERY tempted to get a mailbox here read more

This is a great UPS location with friendly, helpful staff when you need to ship via UPS. But for Amazon returns, they treat you like you're a huge burden and their attitude shifts to either annoyance or just plain rude. I understand this may create more workload for them, but that is not the fault of Amazon customers. This may be their intention to discourage future Amazon drop-offs. Well, it may work, but they'll also lose future business. Just a heads-up! read more

The best UPS store I've ever been to, and I go out of my way to keep returning. Staff are always friendly and helpful, so refreshing!

The guys at my local UPS store are always friendly and today was no different. I went in to mail a package for which I had a pre-paid USPS label. Yes, USPS. The label was blurry and I tried twice for USPS to mail. Instead I was going to pay extra to ship via UPS. They insisted my USPS label was fine, they would work with their mail person and could offer to enter tracking number manually. USPS was just lazy. The guys today could have been lazy as well and had me pay for UPS to ship...instead they know what customer service looks like. Thank you guys!! You know I will ship from you in the future. read more

Couldn't find nicer, more helpful people. Owner, Jeff is the best!!! They have a notary on site

Friendly. Reliable. Efficient. My favorite UPS store. Been coming here for years and highly recommend it.

Would like to give them a 5 however the friendliness seems to be wearing off! Maybe too busy? Maybe tired of all the online returns? IDK, but when I go in and drop returns, I don't get the best reception as I used to. read more

I used their mailbox services during a cross county move. I witnessed Jeff go above and beyond taking care of his customers during the covid19, treats everyone like family. Mailbox service includes friendly emails when packages arrived. Thanks Jeff read more

Who in their right mind would take the time out of a busy schedule to write a review for a UPS Store?!? ...A VERY IMPRESSED AND GRATEFUL CUSTOMER. These people at this UPS store go above and beyond to be helpful, friendly, and do it all with a genuine smile. I will use them for everything I possibly can and you should too! read more

Great results! Service is friendly and you can learn a thing or two about the art of shipping here from the owner himself. It's never packed here, never had to wait in a line with more than 2 people at a time. Tip: Try to print out a shipping label ahead of time using their website. It'll save you time and hassle instead of having to create one in the store. read more

So close to my work but unfortunately I will not go back here. When I was trying to do a drop off ( returns) the man said almost as an insult that he doesn't make any money from the drop off it's just a courtesy....not sure it's a good reason to be rude? Doesn't make me want to buy anything or come back. read more

Such nice (and efficient) service!! 10/10 recommend coming to this store, even if it's out of your way!

Jeff and his staff always go beyond all borders and outside all boundaries to provide a customized service that far exceeds any of their many competitors that we have tried over these past years. Their service has simplified our lives time after time. Their ability to make smart independent decisions when we have been unavailable is unique. We strongly recommend them for your special Additional Part Time office. The man waiting on us was clearly untrained, disrespectful, rude and unfit to work there. If I had a picture of him I would post it. I will not return to this UPS. Go to the one in Solana beach. Even if it's a little farther, it's worth it. read more

There aren't many people that live up to expectations anymore in business. And only a rare few that truly go above and beyond all expectations. This UPS Store and Farouk, the owner, exemplify the difference between doing business and being a great company. I shipped a very expensive piece of equipment through his store. When it arrived at the destination the box was damaged and the equipment was severely damaged. UPS told me they wouldn't cover anything and blamed me for the way it was packed. Farouk reached into his own pocket and made me whole. Amazing. Please, if you need any of his services stop by - even if you have to pass others to get there. You won't regret it. Tell him Fred sent you. THANK YOU SO MUCH! read more

No customer service at all, very, very, very rude and unprofessional, I request the print service for my label, and he refused to print, even after was sent to his email, claiming that he will not change the settings of the computer to make the label in the correct size. How could great company like ups, give away your name for such rude and unprofessionally unprepared representative. If you need to return packages that you don't have to give him his juice ($$$), BEWARE, He will make his efforts to make sure you will get the hell out of there very unsatisfied and disappointed. I was reading the other comments and people overrated for services that's nothing more than his obligation, should be his friends and relatives. UMBELIEVABLE read more

Overpriced and under-serviced. My interactions have been with a somewhat friendly, very blunt and to the point man who seems to run the place on most days. A quick note: this is NOT a dog friendly place, or at least, that man is not a dog friendly human. read more
