Parking is in a lot and it's a little tight but not terrible. It can get busy in that mall sometimes but there are 15 minute parking spaces for when one needs to just pick something up.

Some documents are from the 1940's and earlier, larger format, which required careful handling to preserve both the image and document. Nimish and his team are responsive, communicate well and thoughtful in how they approach a project of this magnitude. They had many helpful suggestions as we progressed to completion. We've uploaded the entire project to a protected redundant shared Google Drive structure so all the kids, grandkids and great grandkids can access it for decades to come. We highly recommend Cop2Copy for important, high value projects to preserve treasured memories like this, in an easily accessible and organized format. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome.

He was not trained to confirm the details about the amount of my return. Unfortunately I was only given back the value of 60 % the cost of the item online and 50% of the cost in store. The month before this I had placed an online order that never arrived so part of my purchase was using a credit, but not the kind of credit that requires a minimum purchase. So I asked if I could exchange the item instead and he called a manager who was not interested in even listening and she called some 800 number and handed the phone to me. If the employee had confirmed the amount of the return I would have been able to do an exchange, but his failure to do that cost me money. And the manager was unwilling to cancel the return so I left without my pencil sharpener and lost the credit that they gave me for failing to deliver my order. This is not a lot of money, but i expent cashiers to be competent and I expect managers to train them. The store manager was awful, did not care about the customer and took no responsibility for running the store.

In the past I have had printers that came up with every excuse imaginable as to why my order was not completed, sometimes months would go by! Gabriel, Marcia, Matt and Shawn do a wonderful job with all of our office printing!
