I was happy to support a local business and communication with them was very smooth. They were on top of it and I felt like I knew I was going to get taken care of. They wrapped my poster super well and it was high quality. If I ever needed to get something printed again, I wouldn't hesitate to go here. Vertical Printing & Graphics has been designing and printing our holiday card for years, with photos and text we supply. Our friends and rels tell us how much they enjoy the cards: "Yours are among the only ones we keep." Your card stays in our refrigerator for months." The quality of design and printing is even more remarkable because they make up for our procrastination with speedy design of first iteration and speedy turnaround of revisions. Last year for the first time they addressed the envelopes from an Excel file we sent. This year we went whole hog. They addressed, stuffed, sealed, applied postage, and mailed. Laura checked our file of about 210 addresses and called us up because she found 6 duplicates, a misslng zip code (which she looked up and inserted), and an address we had used for 2 different people. To make it easier for us next year, she put the file into alphabetical order and emailed it to us. We're going to try not to procrastinate in 2024 because after reading this review others might and then we'd all be in trouble. read more
