I took in my unframed picture hoping that I could work out a plan. As it turns out, I needn't have worried. The proprietor was extremely helpful and a good communicator. He made excellent comments about my picture and what would look good on it, but he did not insist that I do it his way. He guided me through choosing the frame materials and colors. He asked for half of the cost in advance, with the other half due when I picked it up. The quoted price was in line with what I have paid in other cities for top-of-the-line professional framing. He promised a completion date a few weeks in the future, and it was ready when I went to pick it up that day. The quality of the finished product is awesome. He even included picture-hanging hardware attached to the back, so when I got home I was quickly able to hang that picture on my living room wall. I don't have a lot of wall space -- lots of windows -- so I'm not going to be a frequent customer, but I will never look for another framing shop. This one is it.
