Won't go anywhere else for print jobs big and small. They are very quick to respond, will stand behind their work, and beat competitors pricing when I shopped around. Their customer service is top notch - they made sure we were 100% satisfied with the recent print jobs they completed for my brother's celebration of life and were very accommodating. read more

I would not hesitate in the least to recommend this minuteman press. Jeff Sirota the owner provides exceptional service and delivers quality products. His staff is amazing! I trusted them with a very important project and they executed without a hitch. It is so great to find a printer that truly cares about your needs. Jeff went over and beyond my expectations. read more

Jeff, who is director of sales, did such a precise and prompt job from start to finish. I was looking for a large print job that included letterheads, envelopes, and business cards. Jeff and staff were extremely helpful in the designing, executing, and printing of my order. They provided me with a breakdown of the cost and accommodated what I needed. Yes I would recommend this office. read more

Jeff at Minuteman made my day. Not because things went according to plan but when they didn't he stepped up! There was a glitch in my order ( a small one but important to me) and his response restored my confidence in working with a local business. I had a problem with my order. I emailed on a Sunday. Jeff fixed the problem and delivered a new product to my door by Monday. Done and done. Thank you Minutemanpress, Carlsbad read more

Minuteman Press Carlsbad - Sticker for my mystery book series..... - Printing Services Near Me - Carlsbad, California

I used these guys years ago in their old location and just looked them up again for a quick printing project. I'm glad I did. They were quick and super responsive to questions. Most important, the quality of their work is still as excellent as ever. read more

Amazing customer service! I have worked with a lot of printing companies but Jeff is by far is the best! His staff is amazing and are very attentive to the needs of their customers. The turnaround time with projects is short and sweet. Jeff personally hands deliveries our printing projects to our home office. All I can say, is try them once and you'll be with them for life. Thanks for the great service Minuteman press of Carlsbad. read more

Can I just say that I love the service here? Currently, I'm doing some projects for a small non-profit from home and I occasionally need prints for meetings. I've been to the local office supply stores around town and dread having to deal with employees who don't know how to use their equipment..... So it is a breath of fresh air when I come here, with my tiny print job and get superb service in just minutes. It's true that they say 'no job is too small". The last time I went I only needed 15 copies of a single page. I stood in the lobby area- emailed my file, and voila- had my prints in less than 5 minutes! And both B/W and color prints are half the cost of the office supply stores.... The only caveat is that as a business printer, you have to get in before 4:30 before they close. Will be back soon! read more

They are amazing!! We have used them for years and always do a great job. I placed an order yesterday around noon and it was delivered to my office late that afternoon. Could not ask for better service and quality!! read more

great pricing--can't beat anyone else in town. Quick response. They got my order quickly when I needed it. Would definitely recommend them for your printing needs. We will use them again and again. read more

This place has great prices and great service. Needed 100+ color copies, so I shopped around and found that Fedex Kinko's charges 59 cents per copy, UPS charges 49 cents, and Minuteman Press charges 29 cents! Less than half the price of Fedex Kinko's. I was really impressed that the gentleman did the copies for me - I didn't have to fumble with anything. He made sure to get it exactly how I wanted it before charging me for copies. Also, it's in a much more convenient location than it's competition (if your a Carlsbad business). Will be back for laminates - they are about $2.50 here, and I've been quoted closer to $30 elsewhere! read more

I recently needed a quick print job before an important sales presentation. I put it off until the last second and was worried I might have to go to an overpriced retail store (no names mentioned) to get the work done. I found this spot instead, called them that afternoon and told them that I needed some presentations printed that afternoon. They were to close in 2 hours but said no problem! When I showed up, I reviewed the prints and everything was perfect. I talked to a gentleman (owner? manager?) for a bit and told him about my trip the next morning to Boston for a meeting. Not only did he give me a recommendation of a place to eat but also didn't charge me a dime for my print job. That is outstanding customer service. I now have a go-to spot anytime I need something printed. Quick turnaround and excellent customer service! read more

Very happy with the speed and service here. There was even an error in one of the jobs we had done and they rocked out a reprint immediately and at no charge since it was their oversight. Prices were very competitive and fair. Will definitely be a return customer. read more

We are headed to the largest agricultural expo in the world on Sunday and realized we didn't order two of the flyers we need. I sent a request for price and time and got a response in minutes. Within 1.5 hours my products were ready and look beautiful. Their prices are competitive and having a person-to-person interaction makes a huge difference. We find that this location consistently has excellent customer service, fair pricing, and a "can do" attitude which makes a world of difference when I'm under a stressful timeline. You won't be disappointed! read more

WOW - WOW - WOW! At 9am this morning I was in "super stress" mode as I had just received a last minute change required for a presentation that was scheduled to begin at 12pm! Minuteman Press to the rescue! They not only bound the presentation yesterday (when I thought I was done - 20 copies) but when I told them of my emergency this morning they were happy to help! I brought them the change and they un-bound (is that a word?) the book, inserted the change and re-bound the presentation in plenty of time for my board meeting. Top notch customer service right there! And did I mention, they had several other time-sensitive projects in the works! THANK YOU for saving my a$$ Minuteman! read more

Always hooks me up when I'm in a bind. They edit my business cards as needed. They do a great friendly service.

Jeff is very easy to work with and his personal work ethic is just what I need! I notoriously submit requests last minute so the minuteman may be my savior. One job down in record time! I definitely will be returning! Thank you! read more

Great service! I had to print 55 color pages for school and this place provided printing that was both affordable and high-quality. Karina was really prompt with giving a price quote and answering my questions through email, and the staff was very friendly when I walked in to pick up my pages. I was able to get them the same day within the hour that I requested a price quote online. I will definitely be back if I have any other print jobs in the future. read more

Jeff and his team are truly amazing! I have had many 'rush order' items and they never let me down (even 24-hour turnaround is no problem for them). The quality is always top-notch and Ron, the design guy, is very talented and helpful. I highly recommend this Minuteman Press office for both personal and commercial projects! read more

I have been a customer of this business for about a year now. I am a field based consultant and have a lot of needs for presentation books and marketing materials. I am highly satisfied with minuteman press. Friendly service and fair prices. I would highly recommend them. read more

Absolutely outstanding. Getting married on Saturday and had nothing printed, and I needed multiple color documents in a hurry! Everyone was amazing- from helping me pick paper, adjust color and design, and making cuts. So accommodating and kept checking that it was perfect. Then came the bill- so so so affordable! Much cheaper than what I had been quoted elsewhere. The quality of the prints were far better than what I tried at FedEx/Kinkos, and the customer service far exceeded what I experienced everywhere else. Only wish I had known about them sooner. read more

I walked in and my order was immediately processed. The staff is so kind and knowledgable. The prices are the best I researched and the quality was spectacular. I highly recommend making Carlsbad Minuteman Press your one-stop for printing business services. Thank you!!! read more

I shopped around quite a bit for a good price on color copies here in town. Sometimes I need 1,000 copies fast and this is the place to do it. Great prices and excellent service. I had been burned by an online place that took over 3 weeks to fulfill the same thing these guys turned around in an afternoon. Very easy to work with. Awesome. Thanks, Minuteman Carlsbad!! read more

Well, I used them again, and they were fast, efficient and did excellent work! I drive out of my way to use them and support this business. Thanks, Minuteman! read more

I found Minuteman Press on Yelp and was impressed by so many great reviews. They are located very conveniently to me, and I've been scrambling to do photocopies and printing while in the midst of setting up a new printer, office, etc. I stopped by just to do some black-and-white self-serve photocopies and was impressed by how helpful and friendly the gentleman was, and that the cost was a fraction of the price I've been paying at a well-known office printing facility. I am thrilled to know that an affordable, helpful printing and photocopy business is there to help out whenever I need it. read more

My Atlanta-based company was tasked with finding a printer in the Carlsbad area for an upcoming meeting, and based on the glowing reviews here, I decided on Minuteman. I could not agree more! Their online quotation process was a breeze, and I received a quote in about 5 minutes. JEFF was so wonderful to deal with, and our order was processed AND shipped in a day! I never worried for one minute about choosing them. Would highly, highly recommend them! read more

This place is fantastic! Literally half the price quoted by Staples and a really great 'can do' attitude. No job too small and super easy to deal with - I just emailed in my PDF, told them how many I wanted and bam, job done in a couple of hours! read more

Great customer service and speedy. Our company has been using Minuteman for many years and we are extremely pleased!

Great prices, great service. I use them for ALL my printing needs for my business.

I was very pleased with the quality of the printing. Jeff, the owner, sat down with me and asked me questions about my project. I only had a few small volume projects, but Jeff and his staff made me feel like I had huge order and I was just as important to their business! Great Job! read more

I've had multiple items printed from Minuteman for my wedding. They have printed everything beautifully and been so great every step of the way. Kylie (I think) at the front desk and Jeff are both so great and a wonderful break from the nightmare that is wedding planning. read more

As a local small business owner, I truly value having a very responsive, professional local provider to rely on for our printing needs. It takes A LOTTTT for me to give a one-star reviews. I'm an easy-going person who doesn't have time to get upset by stupid things. I will make an exception in this case purely on the basis of the email exchange I just received from the manager/owner after expressing my frustration with the utter lack of service and care they have shown. It all started out fine. They were nice and helpful when I placed my order. I explained what I wanted. The owner took time with me. When the printer started the job, he had to call because the notes were lost. No prob. They didn't get the job done on time...okay, not a crisis. The job was not QA'd at all. The scoring was awful. And several of the corners on one box of cards was slightly burned. (The 'raised ink' wasn't anything to write home about. The glitter in the ink was all over the papers. Maybe just part of the process, I don't know...but they should tell you that they don't dust it off.) I take the stuff back to be fixed. I tell them I'll go home and make sure to go through everything....(time I don't have.) We're talking 4500 cards I gotta fold and inspect. TRUE, I didn't call to say I was coming back in to pick up what I would have thought would have been corrected immediately. I had left the cards there for like a week! The burned cards were fixed but the folded cards had not yet been checked. I express my frustration. The counter person tells me the owner will call. He doesn't. That day or the next. I write him about the baffling customer service and his response....wait for it. "I could state my case, but bottomline, we'll get on these this weekend, so you can pick up on Monday." There was no, "I'm so sorry"....not even a thank you at the end of his sentence. NOTHING. HOW'S THAT FOR TAKING RESPONSIBILITY? Can't even offer an "I'm sorry your experience wasn't better"??? "I'll take off $20 bucks." "We'll deliver them to your house." NOTHING. (It takes one hour to fold 500 cards. It's 10am Friday. I have to wait until Monday.) read more

I came in here about a week ago because I had a few more Save the Dates I needed printed for my wedding after printing and sending the bulk of them earlier. I had my files on a flash drive and was in a hurry, but had prepared myself for them being busy and needing to come back later in the day or even week (as I had to do at the print shop where I printed the first batch.) They quickly loaded my files, and something had gone wrong with my flash drive and they couldn't open them. I was bummed because it had been about a 20 minute drive and I thought I'd have to go back and get my computer, but instead of turning me away they tried it on about 3 other computers and had 2 different employees trying to get it worked out. I don't know what they did, but they quickly got my flash drive to work on another computer and printed everything I needed within about 15 minutes of my arrival! They even had the same exact paper (a white linen cardstock) that I had used at the other location! I was prepared to print on whatever they had, because I was in such a hurry to get them done but I was elated that they looked exactly the same as the others I had printed (at a MUCH more expensive printshop up near LA.) I had a FANTASTIC experience with these guys, EXCELLENT customer service and very reasonably priced! I really can't say enough nice things about them. I will definitely be back again! read more

I needed some printing done quickly. I am very pleased with the quality of the pieces and the speed in which it was done. I too have been burned by online printers that promised good service for lower prices. Didn't happen!! I'm so happy to have found this business. Thank you! read more

Poor communication and worse customer service. The owner promises to call you when something is done, he doesn't. When you ask him about it he becomes defensive and acts like you are out of line for wanting him to do what he promised. NEVER, EVER, EVER doing business with them again. EVER! read more
