The guy said no problem, they would tape it up. I said but I haven't even taped on the shipping label. No problem, they would do it. I said great, thanks and walked out. Then I thought okay, no one I've ever shipped with has ever been this helpful and walked back in and said I just wanted to make sure, you know I didn't finish taping the box up? And he said no worries, we're taping it up right now and pointed at some employees who were hard at work taping it up!

He let me take all the time I needed to sort and prep everything, never rushed us, and even checked in to make sure we were doing okay. His positive attitude made what could have been a stressful chore feel easy and almost fun. This guy went so far above and beyond that I honestly can't thank him enough. Everyone working there was friendly, but the assistant manager truly made the visit exceptional.
