When it was my turn, I was turned down in favor of someone else who literally just walked in because they "simply have other services the need to tend to." What???? They completely wasted my time. OK - I can see that everyone else is giving Replica really good reviews, so I'm risking being completely repetitive. But they are nothing less than fantastic. I had a very specific job all planned out, went to Kinko's like I usually do for last-minute jobs and found out the job was going to cost $340. This time, not amused and still had a little time left to shop around. (even the guy at Kinko's said it probably wasn't going to be worth it for the poor quality and high cost). Anyway, I did shop around like I've been wanting to do for awhile now, ended up at Replica from a friend's referral and Michael totally took care of the situation. The job turned out to be nearly half the cost, twice the quantity, and much better quality than the proof Kinko's had given me. Michael even drove the proof around to where I work so that I could view it because we had a very limited time to get this job done. Bottom line, my company has now established a new line of credit with Replica and I will be going there from now on with all the print jobs that I can't do in-house. Well done, Replica! Ok, so let me preface this by saying that I didn't end up placing an order with Replica, but I will next time we have an event in the area! The printer I used (and online, nationwide printer) dropped the ball on the production and on-time delivery of a booklet. We were scheduled to do an event in San Diego, and having the printed pieces more than two days late would do us no good. After doing some quick research on local printers in San Diego, I came across Replica. I requested a quote, and Michael called me with the quote within 30 minutes. They were willing to do what amounted to a 24 hour turnaround AND throw in free delivery, all at a fair price. I can't speak to their print quality, but judging from the other reviews, their print quality must be as good as their customer service. The online printer ended up overnighting the printed piece (after much "let me speak to your supervisor" type stress over the phone), so I didn't place an order with Replica, but I will next time we do an event in San Diego!!! read more

I am very disappointed with Replica printing. After reading the reviews I figured I could not go wrong with using this place. However, after receiving the prints I ordered, I was highly disappointed with the quality. I sent the original artwork over, and when it came back the spacing and colors were completely off. It was as if no one took the time to proof read or pay attention to any details. We also had five different signs printed with the same instructions for each of the signs. However, when we got the prints back one of the signs was printed with the wrong lay out. They were efficient getting us our prints, and the pricing was also affordable, but the quality was anything but desirable. read more

This is my first time reviewing a company, this alone should speak volumes about the superior customer service I continue to receive from Ryan and his Team at Replica Printing. I have been working with them on and off for a couple years and they have always done everything possible to meet impossible deadline imposed by my companies delays in making decisions. The most recent occasion was today after 2 - 3 days of delays, I received the final approval after 12 noon and at 4 pm the 2000 postcards, printed, addressed and postage stamped are on there way to the post office. I had a bit of trouble trying to get my picture uploaded so I emailed the customer service team and within probably 10 minutes I got a step-by-step reply on how to get my picture uploaded.
