Now I'm a pretty technically savvy person for the most part. I help my parents with their Macbook Air, I fix the copier at work, I have an android phone. So it's not difficult for me to order from vistaprint.com. Except that it is. Ordering from online print shops is really hard. Ignoring the part where they have almost six checkout pages devoted to selling you magnets you don't want at prices you can't afford, it's difficult to get support when you get an error message about dimensions (even though your file is using their template so the dimensions are perfect). End Rant. These guys are everything that's great about a small business with prices that are more or less identical to the low cost leader. Keep your money local, get a better product, and a better experience. read more
