I am a new business owner and I was nervous about getting my business card printed, but the staff at Vertical Printing & Graphics are second to none. They were very patient, I had so many changes to my business information because I was changing locations last minute and they did not even flinch...the customer service was amazing. I had a PowerPoint presentation that I wanted to convert into a brochure/booklet to deliver to clients. I'd worked with a few other print shops in the past and never been happy with the output that they delivered. VPG -- they're fast. Masters of fast. Dropped off my order of 1,500 postcards at 10AM, thinking "same day" was gonna be something like 4:30PM, but they called at 2PM, telling me they were ready for me to pick up the goods. Phenomenal! Seriously. I could not be happier with a vendor in any category. Last year I did a quick search on the Internet to find a printer for our business cards for our new wine business (C... Family Ranch Wines), after having a miserable experience online with that big printing company that advertises on the radio. Laura gave us great advice, having done business cards for so many different customers. We love the cards and would not have gotten this quality without her guidance and quality work. Since then VPG has produced different "return address" stickers, a prayer card (sadly necessary) and other items for us. As if that isn't enough, Laura is also an animal lover and works with animal welfare organizations, which we also do. In addition to her guidance and quality work the prices are completely reasonable. If we had to pay a marketing person to do what she does for us it would be crazy expensive.
