I am a new business owner and I was nervous about getting my business card printed, but the staff at Vertical Printing & Graphics are second to none. They were very patient, I had so many changes to my business information because I was changing locations last minute and they did not even flinch...the customer service was amazing. They do not charge for designing the cards, it is all included in the price. Mind you, I had my own logo previousy designed by someone else, but I wish I would have known about them before hand! I had a PowerPoint presentation that I wanted to convert into a brochure/booklet to deliver to clients. I'd worked with a few other print shops in the past and never been happy with the output that they delivered. Laura took the time to talk about different options that we had to work with considering that I only had a PowerPoint source file. She made some recommendations around changing the size, how to bind it and the type of paper to print it on, all while presenting different pricing options to keep it within my budget. The finished product ended up being dramatically better than anything else I had received from other print shops and for about the same cost. VPG -- they're fast. Masters of fast. Dropped off my order of 1,500 postcards at 10AM, thinking "same day" was gonna be something like 4:30PM, but they called at 2PM, telling me they were ready for me to pick up the goods. I didn't believe it, so I tried them again for 500 business cards--they were done within an hour. Fast? You betcha. Fast, friendly, accurate--can't really ask for more than that. read more

These people are great! Great customer service, very attentive to your needs , and extremely affordable. I called and left a message on a Sunday, and the owner called right back because I was about to travel out of town. She answered my questions and gave me a rough quote that was more than reasonable. I sent photos of a wedding invitation and I liked and they replicated it in 1 day, I then asked for it to have the color scheme changed around, and their design department (Broc) sent me everything I asked and more. I needed matching RSVP cards and they whipped the design for those up in an hour. Once I okay'd everything they were printed the next day. They'll do next day shipping, but I went in to pick up since I don't live too far. I had to turn around and re-order some things With a different date, and they were ready in 24 hours. Literally.
