On February 20th, I received a package containing my mail and the envelope for the Christmas card. However, the contents of the envelope had been removed, leaving me with an empty envelope. The envelope was opened, contents removed and re-taped. I reached out to the location via email, but I haven't received a response. I will be filing a police report next.

They keep all my shipments on file which has made subsequent shipments to the same locations that much easier. Shipping isn't inexpensive and I think the cost would be the same at any location. Meanwhile, there are no other people in the store.... It is the third time I've been in trying to get something copied, second time today. The young man didn't want to come to the machines to help me problem solve, wouldn't let me see the full screen on his computer, when I asked if I could come behind the counter to see the full screen, he wouldn't let me. The first time I came in with this particular project, I tried doing it myself on their machines. I couldn't figure it out, so I went to the counter. The young lady at the counter handed me a laminated sheet and said "email it to us and we'll see if we can print it." I put the image on a thumb drive, after I had emailed and not heard anything, attempting to print from a thumb drive. "We're too busy here, you'll just have to wait till someone's available." When I asked about my email and no response, the young man said "we get so many emails, we just trash them all." What is the purpose of handing me a laminated card and then trashing the emails? Do you want my business.? He told me I could go somewhere else if I wanted. He told me it was impossible to change the size of what I wanted printed. I left. Tomorrow I call the manager, Don't even bother with this place. Rude and unhelpful.
