Horrible customer service. Came to drop off 2 Nike order returns. Had the orginal packaging. This store staff asked me to purchase additional boxes for the return although it's a UPS drop-off return with no extra packaging required, as clearly stated in the instructions. I showed the staff the instructions as stated on Nike app but the store Manager, Maritta, continues to argue and behaves unprofessional, while trying to force me to purchase extra packaging. Maritta refused to take the return order. I visited a different UPS store in the neighborhood and they immediately accepted the return without any arguments. The staff in this store is rude and unprofessional. Im filing a complaint with BBB for this store and also highlighting this incident to UPS corporate. read more

I tried to return a small item to Amazon in the manufacturer's packaging. The guy at the counter told me he couldn't place a label on such a small item and needed to sell me a shipping box. On top of that he wanted to charge me $1.50 for a shipping label. Not a shipping service as it was paid by Amazon, but a piece of paper! You print shipping receipts of the same size on the same printer for free. Pathetic. Also you saw me coming out upset, but you, the owner , didn't bother to ask what was wrong. You didn't care. Now that the review is out, you try to make up for the situation. Too late, you had your chance. Also you're lying about me berating your employee. You have it on the cameras. I tried to reason with him and turned around and left. I went to Postal Annex next door and they put the item in a plastic bag and printed the same label for free. read more

By far the best UPS branch! I swear they are sweetest and helped me with my pamphlet when I was struggling to get it right. I am in the military and needed a program for a commissioning ceremony and I reached out to them and got a respond right away. The workers in here are either uninformed about their own offerings, or being instructed to steer customers towards more expensive options. They actually flat out lied to me and said the UPS Simple Rate was not a real thing and tried to charge me $100 to ship a box that the website clearly indicates can be sent for $29. Really bad business to lie to customers. read more

DISHONEST!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR NOTARY service and avoid this store! Ask for pricing for EVERYTHING at this store up front, because they are VERY dishonest, and will rip you off. I went to Postal Annex across the street to get something notarized and witnessed (employee/witness signature on page). $15 each notarized paper, have used them before, great service there. However, a "witness"/another employee was not in until later at P.A. , so I had to go to this newly opened UPS store and was quoted $15 each too. So I went ahead with getting things stamped, fingerprinted, signed.... only to be told at final check out this: "oh ya, we also charge $7.50 for each witness signature." So now I know why the notary didn't want to sign as a witness as they do at other notary places. It was so that she could charge me $30 extra for TWO employee signatures ($7.50 x 4 signatures=$30). I complained about this at check out, because I was quoted $15 each paper for the notary stamp an hour earlier. A professional, honest business would have taken OFF the extra $30 for witness signatures since this was NOT quoted to me when I asked "how much for the notary AND witness signatures?" read more
