Amazon returns. Super helpful employee cheerfully scanned all my merchandise and then allowed me to double-check and make sure I matched the right returns with the product. This is a wonderfully new and clean location. It's super convenient being only a couple blocks from where I work. This location also does Notary which our company uses frequently. Warning, the owner of this location is a scammer charging everyone $5 to pickup their packages even when shipped as free access points. I had an important package shipped to me requiring signature with the option of sending it to a UPS access point for free saving UPS the final leg of shipment and me knowing I wouldn't have to wait at home for it. And the access point store gets paid by UPS corporate for this service so it should be a win for everyone. But when I went to pick it up, the owner had a fake label put on my package and told me it would be $5 to receive it. Only after i threatened to report him did he relent and put the correct access point label on my package which says "do not charge customer" and gave me the package. He then pretended it was somehow my fault that when I went to pickup the package I didn't say the magic words "access point". I can only assume he's doing this to everyone picking up their already paid for packages and most people probably don't realize they're being scammed paying extra for a free service. read more
