My bank suggested the UPS store in the same shopping strip but the Notary had left for the day. I've made a couple of phone calls and found out Postal Annex in Poway offers the service. So, that's where I went the following morning to get my document notarized. I was more than happy to pay them the $15 fee instead of other places because they've became a friend since I moved here in Poway 5 years ago. They are always friendly and pleasant to help you with your postal needs. I recommend them to friends and family.

Today, when I walked in, I immediately noticed how wonderful the store smelled. I actually said, "It smells like a vacation in here--how wonderful!" There was a subtle coconut scent that instantly made me feel relaxed and, for a moment, helped me forget about all the chores and tasks waiting for me today. Who knew a store could provide a mini vacation? I was returning an item to Lulus and realized I had never received the QR code I needed. The lady helping me was incredibly helpful and knew exactly what to do. She made the whole process quick and easy, allowing me to check one more thing off my never-ending to-do list! Thank you, ladies, for always being so friendly, professional, and helpful. You're doing a great job--and please keep that vacation smell going!

So pathetic! Does anyone know if Fedex's policy is to ask customers to leave immediately after close and threaten them to call security? Please drop a comment if you know. Thank you,

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION OF THE UPS Store. The store manager and staff are really…read moregreat. They are very friendly, engaging, knowledgable, competent and hard workers. The store is clean, bright and well organized. The staff handles my Amazon and other department store returns very efficiently. When sending a package to family and friends I appreciate them taking the time to give me my shipping options, anticipated delivery timeframe and associated costs. There are two other locations of The UPS store closer to my home but I ALWAYS drive a bit out of my way because the staff here are so present and make doing business so easy. They also show their appreciation and thanks to their customers for allowing them to handle your shipping needs. There is plenty of parking. I also appreciate them having a self service station that's easy to use and allows the customer to process their own return. I have only used the station a couple a times when I am in a rush or a lot of customers show up at the same time and need the staff's assistance. They have assisted me multiple times wrap, package and ship my packages or boxes. They treat whatever I'm shipping with great care. I send a lot of very fragile packages and boxes. 100% of the packages and boxes I've sent have reached their destination without any issues, breakage and often times earlier then the date they quote. They offer copier, packing material, boxes, tape, shipping/packaging services, domestic and international shipping with a variety of carriers, markers, mailbox services, shredding, notary, faxing, scanning, passport photos, business cards, brochures, signage, house accounts for small businesses , and a host of other services. They are open seven days a week from 8:00 -19:00 except for Saturday 9:00 -17:00 & Sunday 10:00 - 15:00. Lastly, they always take the time to thank you for your business. SIMPLY THE BEST!

Customer service here is horrible. I used the printing service to print some documents and, without…read morerealizing it, ended up paying almost $50 for about 48 pages. The documents only had a small amount of color at the bottom of some of the pages. I had no idea that I needed to specifically select black and white again, or that having even a small amount of color would significantly increase the price. If the pricing is going to be that different, customers should be clearly informed beforehand that color printing costs X amount per page compared with the black-and-white rate. What makes it even more frustrating is that these documents are for a school assignment and will ultimately just be thrown away. I would have gladly selected black and white if the pricing had been made clear before I submitted the print job. The lack of transparency and customer service made this a very frustrating experience.
