I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION OF THE UPS Store. The store manager and staff are really great. They are very friendly, engaging, knowledgable, competent and hard workers. The store is clean, bright and well organized. The staff handles my Amazon and other department store returns very efficiently. When sending a package to family and friends I appreciate them taking the time to give me my shipping options, anticipated delivery timeframe and associated costs. There are two other locations of The UPS store closer to my home but I ALWAYS drive a bit out of my way because the staff here are so present and make doing business so easy. They also show their appreciation and thanks to their customers for allowing them to handle your shipping needs. There is plenty of parking. I also appreciate them having a self service station that's easy to use and allows the customer to process their own return. I have only used the station a couple a times when I am in a rush or a lot of customers show up at the same time and need the staff's assistance. They have assisted me multiple times wrap, package and ship my packages or boxes. They treat whatever I'm shipping with great care. I send a lot of very fragile packages and boxes. 100% of the packages and boxes I've sent have reached their destination without any issues, breakage and often times earlier then the date they quote. They offer copier, packing material, boxes, tape, shipping/packaging services, domestic and international shipping with a variety of carriers, markers, mailbox services, shredding, notary, faxing, scanning, passport photos, business cards, brochures, signage, house accounts for small businesses , and a host of other services. They are open seven days a week from 8:00 -19:00 except for Saturday 9:00 -17:00 & Sunday 10:00 - 15:00. Lastly, they always take the time to thank you for your business. SIMPLY THE BEST! read more

This store is great! I do a lot of shipping and will even go out of my way to do my shipping at this particular UPS store. This store is busy, which could be daunting, but it is well-staffed, efficient, and always a pleasant experience. Updating my prior review, while I did cancel my services there due to poor customer service, the owner has changed up her staff and they have all been welcoming and pleasant. The owner really is fantastic. If I do need to have a box again, I would reconsider this store since the staff has improved significantly. read more

Went to do a simple printing only to find out they charge $2 extra just for opening an email. No verbal warning. There is a small label in front, but who on earth would think to look for a fee to open an email among all the other posters in the store!? If they nickel and dime customer like that, God knows how they treat other services fees. Clearly they didn't train employees to alert customer of unexpected fees either, or it's on purpose. Having worked in print shop myself, I pity the employees. They're going to get yelled at some point for sure. I will make sure to avoid doing any business here. read more

I had to get a paper printed and notarized, and my phone wouldn't let me even save it to send it to UPS's email, J.J. had a great idea and was really patient with me and my problem and we ended up getting everything I needed. He really made the process so much easier than I thought it would be! read more

My nieces and nephews are homeschooled in Indianapolis, and I had to ship 70 lbs worth of boxes of school supplies. The employees were so kind and helpful. They worked so hard to price check the cheapest routes to help me save money, as it was ranging between $300-$600 elsewhere. UPS had the cheapest cost, more than USPS. They were able to cut down boxes and consolidate, which brought my cost down significantly. So grateful for them going above and beyond!! read more

TL,DR: Sara and Marshall are amazing!! There is a UPS store much closer to my house, but I will drive the extra distance for the friendly service I receive every time at this location. My phone number was pulling up another person's name in the system for quite a while and I asked the gentleman at the Mira Mesa location to update it on four different occasions and it never actually happened. I ended up at the Scripps Poway Pkwy location and ran into the same issue. Sara offered to fix it - and she really did! She seems like an absolutely lovely person, always has a smile on her face, goes above and beyond, and is knowledge and efficient at her job. Marshall is also very kind and helpful. UPS no longer provides prepaid envelopes and boxes that FEDEX does! Made the mistake to use UPS to ship 3 smartphones for my work. As these were prepaid labels from our corporate account, I was going to ship these using UPS provided labeled boxes. The store manager informed me that they do not provide boxes and I had to purchase white craft boxes. While frustrating, I did and to add insult to injury, 3 small boxes were $13. This added cost of inconvenience is something for all to be aware of. Will definitely be requesting our company to switch our shipper to FedEx until this policy changes. read more

Don't go with Amazon returns. I have had bad experience with Amazon returns for the past few times. They just don't want to take the package and pushes for purchase of boxes, even when Amazon label clearly says no packaging needed. Its a pain to get out of the car with your stuff and denied shipping due to their box up sell. read more

Convenient for sending packages and USPS mail. Would be nice if open on Sunday. When using for USPS be sure to confirm fees. There are some additional charges for certain service, which is why I ago to the Post Office for these. read more

Came to UPS today, 3 weeks postpartum and exhausted. Marshall at the store was so helpful with my return and made the trip quick and easy!

I went to the office at 4:45 to open a mail box, however one male clerk told me manager is not here, I have to wait for 15 mins. and when I return to store again, after I waited for 5 mins, a lady showed up with the purse on her hand and told me she is ready to go home and she usually she gets home at 5pm and I should come back tomorrow. and then I looked at the male clerk , the male clerk is so freak out and immediately told me that I should come back in 15 mins, instead of 20 mins. I looked at the time, it is only 5:10pm, This store opens until 6pm everyday. what kind of customer service is it? And funny thing is that when I returned to UPS store again next day and the same store manager told me that medium inbox sold out, only larger container left. I am wondering why I was not receive that information the day before so it can save me second trip. read more

I emailed the labels and bar codes as usual;, they claim not received, but I have proof. they are blocking the refund and return process for amazon and other. also rude and argumentative. I just had such a wonderful customer experience at this store!! I came in for what should have been a very simple Amazon return of multiple items. However, due to my own errors, there were complications. Dee, the amazing person who helped me, was so incredibly patient and informative!! She went over and above. As I was trying to figure things out with the Amazon app trying to fix my errors, she helped other customers, which was absolutely the right thing to do! Conveniently located in a shopping plaza with grocery store, cvs, restaurants, and more. Employees are efficient, but sometimes robotic. Pricing is higher than the post office. The 2 rating is because I dropped off a package I was selling on Poshmark and it never made it to its destination. Poshmark emails the mailing label and it is for the US Post Office, however UPS said they can take the package, but cannot give me a receipt for it. I was assured it was fine. Package was lost, I had no proof, as a seller it was not good for my reputation. read more
