These people are awesome! Set notary hours, affordable and quick service. NICEST people ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great customer service from Jennifer and George! We'll be coming back for future notary and postal needs.

A place where you can actually just get one or two copies or printouts from. They do not only do large orders. Staff is polite too

05-Aug-2023 The folks at Postal Connections deserve a great review! We have shipped from Postal Connections probably about 15 times over the last few years and have never been disappointed. We recently had a large last-minute shipment (11 huge and heavy boxes) that had to be delivered asap and they got our boxes to their final destination, which was Indianapolis, Indiana right on time (3 days). We love that there is never a line, they are very organized and fast. They also have a lot of the supplies you may need that is not available at the post office. We support small businesses, so if you can stop in and ship your packages from Postal Connections , please stop by and give them a try. Thanks, Ashley & Lindsey Head read more

This place is wonderful and all employees kind and helpful.. I go here after being beyond frustrated at the ups store next to baskin Robbin's and Sprouts. read more

Great service. I was in and out quickly. The staff were very friendly. They answered all my questions. They know what they're doing.

I really like coming to this postal service. I am horrible with knowing what the best most cost efficient way to ship is and when I come here I know that they will help me make the best choice. I had to ship some Christmas presents to orphans in Pakistan and the shipping was so expensive that the owner not only helped me pack a box tight but also gave me a discount. I've also done notary services here and was very pleased with how helpful everyone is. Thanks for all you do for our shipping needs. read more

I send packages twice a month or more and all the staff I've encountered were very helpful and make sure I send the fastest and cheapest way possible. read more

This is the best place on planet earth !! I been coming here for years! The staff is so friendly and really care about what ever job you need from big to small !! I come here for all my needs from printing, mail box and all my mailing needs they have it all !! Thank you guys for all you do !! read more

LOL @ all these fake reviews. This place is price gouging at it's finest. Staff is super rude too. I gave this place a few chances and I've found it's better to just use the post office. read more

Zero stars! The worst! Absolutely terrible! The positive reviews must be fake. I signed up for a business post box, paid for a year in advance, filled out tons of forms and even got a document notarized, which cost me $15, and they won't let me receive business mail in that box!? What the hell!? Whoever heard of a business mailbox that won't accept business mail? These guys are total losers and their office is very hard to drive to just to make matters worse. The clerks are uniformly unhelpful and brain dead, the owner is worse. I hope they go out of business and stop inflicting themselves on people who just want to get some mail. PS: I went to a competitor of theirs and got what I wanted, no problem. read more

I have had to use the services twice recently. I was immediately impressed with the great customer service and ease of handling my needs. They are now my go to team. read more

We have used Postal Connections twice in the last year. Both times, we shipped a piece of art that was irreplicable and literally one of a kind. They went above and beyond with finding the appropriate boxes, packing materials and packed both of them with such care that both arrived safely and in perfect condition. Thank you so much for taking the time to ensure such quality and customer service. You have a customer for life. read more

Very visit is always quick, reliable and efficient , i go here to print out anything I need.

This particular Postal Connections is the only store you'll need for whatever postal or business task you have to get done, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Can't say enough about how positive, efficient and neighborly Anne Marie and her team are! Way to go--5 stars for sure! Also check out great little gift items, cards, and beautiful inexpensive handmade jewelry "Butterfly Wings" made by the owner as well! You will love this place! read more

Simone and Winny always there to help me out when i need it. i get a ton of packages and they notify me promptly as my business depends on it. Couldn't do what i do with out your support.......thank you so much !!!!!!!!!! read more

FANTASTIC SERVICE !!! I called from AZ that I had a piece of art I needed packaged up for shipping and shipping to AZ.. Ann Marie was BEYOND helpful. Gave thorough explanation of packaging procedure along with a few different shipping options. Arrived on time packaged with care. If you need to ship in San Diego ... GO SEE ANN MARIE ! ( at Postal Connections) !!! read more

Friendly service and easily got my package there on time

This place came through in a pinch. I needed to use the computer rental services and the staff was so helpful. I was able to get done what I needed to get done working off my thumb drive. The FedEx Store near me couldn't offer a working external usb port. I highly recommend this shop. read more

5 stars -- Great customer service To make a long story short, I submitted a request to send out a package, but there was a little misunderstanding in regards to which delivery option I wanted. It was very frustrating, but the good news is that Postal Connections immediately took care of it to make everything right. Outstanding customer service!!! (I wish all businesses were like this) Don't hesitate to give Postal Connections your business as well! read more

Staff is pleasant and very helpful. They provide different services and accommodate you to need your needs. I highly recommend this place for any mail, printing or other services you need help with. read more

I find myself driving twenty minutes to postal connections instead of 2 minutes to several other options bc I know it'll get done correctly and promptly, and I won't leave with a headache. PERIOD! Very well run little biz! read more

This place is amazing. I sell a lot of stuff on Poshmark and don't always have the proper boxes or envelopes but the employees are always friendly and helpful. They make my shipping experience easy and effortless. It feels like a mom and pop shop that genuinely cares about their customers and the customer experience which seems to be a fleeting trait these days. They definitely have by business forever! read more

Postal Connections is my Go-To place for anything shipping and more! For shipping / mailing, I know I will not get gouged and get the best prices available! Ann Marie even helped me out with a passport photo and filing my renewal, which I got my new one back in less than 2 weeks! They also redesigned and printed me some new business cards that turned out awesome. read more

Winnie - you're wonderful. So sweet and helpful. I had to come print out some paperwork for my employees and mail off a bunch of envelopes. She helped me with putting postage on all 30 envelopes and taping the address on as well. She went above and beyond. She is an amazing employee. Wish all business can have someone with such heart and passion. read more

I have used Postal Connections twice and both times delivered exceptional service. They are always on time, have quality work and amazing prices! I highly recommend you going to see Ann Marie for all your needs. I love my new brochures and my Business cards! read more

Friendly and super helpful. They helped me carry in a couple large heavy boxes. Thanks Postal Connections!

I love supporting small family-owned businesses! So much easier to come here than other places to mail packages. They are so nice and provide great service. I love that they have all of my addresses saved in their computer and it all prints neatly onto the shipping label. It saves me time since I don't have to address my packages. And typically I send care packages to the same family & friends so that makes it really easy. As another Yelper mentioned, there is a 30% off FexEx offer for checking in on Yelp and I forgot to check in until afterwards, so I missed out... D'oh! NOTE: they moved locations on Sept 2, 2014. Instead of being in the same building with Starbucks on Clairemont Drive, they are now in the same small center below next to Mandarin Wok. It's a bigger space and they are getting settled. read more

This mailbox store is reasonably priced, staffed by friendly people, and organized well. Fantastic experience. I stopped into Postal Connections to print, scan, copy, fax, and mail. First of all, remember to check in! There's a check in offer that gives you a certain percentage off (I think it's 30%) of shipping with FedEx. I forgot to check in until after I left and then noticed the deal. So, always look to Yelp.... The store is clean and the computer was quick. I've used at mailbox stores that must have really old processors, because they are very slow. No issues with this computer. Also, the prices for scanning and faxing were downright cheap compared to some I've seen in San Diego. The employee was super friendly and got me out of there very quickly. Very pleased and would absolutely return if I need similar services in the future. read more

The woman who helped me this morning was extremely friendly and helpful! Was in and out in about 10 minutes. Rates seemed reasonable for a last-minute mailing. Glad this is in such a convenient location for me, and definitely will be back! read more

Terrific service here. Thank you Whinney and Anne-Marie i've been using them for years and they've gone out of their way to be helpful. Especially if you receive a lot of packages this is a must have service read more

went to UPS to get an estimate for packing and shipping a box with loose items inside. They told me it'd be $54 including everything. i left and went to postal connections instead and they did it for $32. the woman was very helpful and friendly. she seemed to genuinely want to help me and was brainstorming ideas of how she could pack the items to best insure that nothing would break. quick and efficient service! my advice would be to avoid shipping anything entirely because it's damn expensive. but if you must, postal connections is the way to go. read more

Great place if you're in the Clairemont area and need something notarized...or just need a place to get shipping done. Right on the corner of Clairemont Dr and Balboa (next to the Starbucks) The owner, Ann Marie, was very helpful and friendly. I know where I'm going when I need to ship out my comic-con exclusives later this year read more

Satisfied my postal needs without making me go postal (this should be your slogan...totally free from me to you). Super friendly...needed something notarized and it was cheap and fast! Parking isn't great, but the owner mentioned they are moving behind Starbucks to help alleviate the issue. Definitely going back. read more

I live right down the street from Postal Connections, right off Clairemont Dr. In the opposite direction of my house, there's a UPS store, which I went to previously to mail my packages to my best friend and her daughter who live on the east coast. Today I decided to try Postal Connections for the first time, especially considering their great Yelp reviews. I went inside, and found a box to mail my items, brought it to the counter and the owner of the store was extremely kind. She commented on how cute the stuffed elephant was that I got for my niece and said she'd love it. Then she waited patiently as I rummaged through my purse to find the yellow piece of paper I'd written the address on. She continued to wait patiently and make small talk as I called my roommate and had them find that paper that I left at home and read me the address. She gave me paper to write it down on, and she shipped it all off for 10 bucks. She removed the packing peanuts from my charge and they give you a free tracking number to track your package. She was welcomming and kind and I can see why she has so many return customers. I'll definitely be going here to ship any and all packages in the future. read more

This is my go to for shipping, scanning and making copies. Everyone is happy to help and appreciative. They also have great little gifts and cards around the store. I'm sure they have much more than I've mentioned so go check'em out. read more

This is my kind of business. Mom and Pop running the show. (Mostly Mom, as Pop also serves our country through the military.) Amazing service and prices that are half the competition's. Wow! read more

Seriously - these guys are wicked awesome. I've been coming here since I can't really remember from when I lived in the area. I now live about 25 minutes away and STILL use them as my Postal Box. Sometimes, due to travel I don't make it down there for a month at a time and they never give me any grief about not picking up my mail when it's delivered. Definitely get the email/text service to alert you of new mail or packages... I usually don't pay attention to the new mail (see my traveling above) but it's nice (REALLY NICE) to know when a package comes in!!! Sometimes, I get my notice from Postal Connections before I get my delivery confirm from UPS or FedEx! Ann is fantastic... if you are lucky enough to be around during the Christmas season... then there are some fresh baked cookies! Now, I hope she doesn't get mad haha - I don't think I had any this season as I was out of town most of December! But every year before they were there and it's a REALLY nice treat! I would definitely recommend this postal connections to ANYONE. They have also done smashing jobs at mailing out parcels for me when I've needed it, photo copying and they are great for refilling ink cartridges (I haven't used that - but everyone I see in there getting it done seems to love it!) read more

I really want to recommend this place especially for their customer service. Ms. Winnie Dobbs is so kind and professional. She has helped me so much getting my things organized, printed, and laminated. She pays attention to details. Thank you. I will continue to use Postal Connections for all my office/school work/ postal needs. Sincerely Suzanne K read more

What a great find this spot is. I have used Postal Connections quite a few times for faxes, printing and shipping. The customer service is hands down "AMAZING"!! Ann Marie the owner greets you immediately upon entering her store and is quick to help you with whatever needs you may have. She is honest and extremely knowledgable. What a difference from the post office and other similar establishments She also has all of these cute add ons around the store which were perfect for me when my iphone charger died and she had a portable one. It was affordable too, extra stars if I could give for that! I have not met a business owner in a while who takes as much pride in what they do and works as hard as Ann Marie for their customers. She even offers home baked cookies for the holidays and they have a store mascot, her children's pet chinchilla. If you have any shipping, packing, printing, mailbox or photo needs check her out. I know she offers even more services that are rare like shipping wine! read more
