I had to get out of line and find someone to print from my phone. I was told to go to this postal annex on Genesee and when I walked in these guys took care of business, we had trouble transferring my image and they handled it problem solved and had me at the door in no time. Today, I needed to get two packages shipped for my nonprofit. I gave myself an hour to finish this between work projects, and when I arrived, it was pretty busy. At the time, there was only one employee, Tina. She was very calm and apologetic for the wait. While I was there, five different customers were already there or arrived after me. Her computer system was a little slow, but she stayed positive, calm, and friendly, and she made sure all of us knew that we were her priority. I have been in situations like hers and am not always calm and collected. I want to give Tina a high five and five stars for her customer service and positive attitude. He offered me the option to make a custom box and we he learned we were price sensitive, he showed my husband how to take two boxes and creatively make it into a larger box. They charge over double for usps. $22 here for priority envelope vs $10 at USPS. Not worth it!

Avoid them. They charge me $22 for a pack of 20 stamps. ($14.60 anywhere else), they did not give me a receipt so I did not know until I saw my credit card . I came back the next day and told me that they do not do returns at all, even when I did not use any stamps of the pack. Awful staff and service. read more

This place is listed as a "Happy Return" place. I lugged a heavy box in there and the lady told me they only will do the return if I'm a FedEx member and I need to go to the Fed Ex office on Convoy. No happy returns going on in there. It's a very overstuffed store - it looks like Hallmark and the Dollar Tree joined forces. read more

Just okay...I stopped by here because I was picking up a DHL package. I had it rerouted to this location as I didn't feel comfortable having it delivered at my front door while I was at work. Also, this place was super close to my job; of course, I chose to go here as I figured I'd go on my lunch break. First off, this location is terrible. It is located in a shopping center within a shopping center and the parking lot is small and narrow. I had to park around Wells Fargo because there were too many cars parked at the front; most likely they were all Marshall's shoppers looking for last minute Christmas gifts. Secondly, the actual layout of this store is weird. When I first walked in, I wasn't sure I was even in the right store. It looks like a hybrid between a Hallmark and Kinko's. The actual counter is located near the back of the store. There weren't any customers when I came in, but the girl who helped me seemed dismissive when I was there to pick up a package. Um, okay; when I signed my name on the clipboard, it didn't look like many people even use their location to pick stuff up, so I don't know what her deal was. Anyway, whatever, I got my package and was happy that it was in my hands. Despite my being nitpicky, I'll gladly use this location again if I ever have another DHL shipment. It's just way too convenient for me! read more

They are literally in Authorized Ship Center for FedEx and UPS, so you can literally save yourself so much time by going here first. Workers are very kind too! read more

Came here to pick up a DHL package. Trash can was sitting right by the entry door inside the shop, not allowing to open it fully. The whole place just looked like a gathering of random objects all over the place. Weird. Some customer was already waiting when I got there and yet the two employees were looking at something on one of their phone and having a private conversation. Took a solid minute for them to notice us waiting. But look, I get it, we can't all just be focused at the job 24/7 and they did apologize. I gave my name and tried to hand my ID as it's a foreign one but the employee just kept saying they didn't have my package. I had to insist and describe the size and when it got here for her to find it. Her excuse? "Oh but you said your name wrong" and proceeded to butcher my name so bad i thought she was doing it as a joke. The cringe was real. Just needed to get a shipping label printed for a package I was going to mail out. The lady told me she could print it out for me if I just emailed her the label, so I did. Once she printed it out she immediately taped it on the box which I didn't need since I had my own tape. I wasn't sure if was going to try to charge me for that so I brought my own. After she put the label on she said the total was $4. I was a little confused since all I wanted was one page printed. I thought it would be maybe $1 if that. She told me that since they used the internet checking the email it's $3 and it's $1 for the little sliver of tape they used for the label. I didn't want to deal with the hassle so I said okay fine I'll pay the $4. Then they told me they only accept purchases of $5 or more with a credit card and that's when I said I'm not doing that. They ended up saying okay okay we won't charge you the extra dollar for this. Paying $5 to get a page printed is a joke. They could tell I was unhappy with this but all they said was this is what we do so we can stay in business. Ripping people off shouldn't be the reason you stay in business. The service was a bit slow bc it seemed like there was only 1 employee but like 4 customers. The employee was having trouble finding a customer's package and it slowed down the service :( I got my package with no problems. read more

Honestly do not know why they have negative reviews. I haven't had a bad experience coming here and I've been coming here for about 4 years now. Sometimes it's a quick drop off and sometimes I stay a while and do everything from start a shipment and buy a box but the staff is very helpful. Sometimes they crack a joke and make the day better. Not liking the new management. I've been coming to this location for three years. I now find out the new management charges a drop off fee for USPS packages. They prefer nothing larger than a letter. I'll take all the rest of my mailing business elsewhere too. read more
