Service Requested: 4/5 Quality: 4/5 Value: 4/5 Neighborhood local UPS on-site is always a pleasure to have within minutes drive from home. Personnel are always helpful and courteous in serving the customers. read more

I tend to come to this UPS store when the driver doesn't pick up at work and I need to drop off a package or I've needed notary service. Regardless of the reason, the employees are always very friendly and welcoming. They try to keep the lines moving as quickly as possible. I think the longest wait I've ever had is about 5 minutes. I've had notary services done here a couple of times and the gentleman who handles it is always fantastic. This is definitely become my favorite UPS store. read more

Walked to this UPS store to return 3 Amazon packages. The machine on the left was able to scan the QR codes and was easy to use. Didn't have to wait in line and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great location and the people seemed helpful and nice! read more

First off I need to say, the staff here is incredible. Everyone I have encountered has provided excellent customer service and service recovery. I have now had two packages lost within one year. And 1x Amazon return in which they never received my return. I have had to file two claims. I'm not concerned about the cost as I did get a nominal reimbursement. I just can no longer trust UPS for any packages. Once the package leaves the site there is no guarantee that it will get where it's supposed to go. I will be exploring FEDEX or another entity moving forward. *And for the record to follow up, I wrote TWICE to customerrelations@ups.com and no one ever from UPS followed up or responded to my email.* read more

I can't believe they made it so easy. I had an Amazon return after Christmas. and visited my local store. Dean assisted me with the return. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Very friendly staff and clean and comfortable storefront. Very highly recommended. read more

I've been using this store for years and I'm never disappointed. PROs: The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked up well. The employees are always courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I enjoy working with Ms Mary on all kinds of services. This store offers lots of options. They have a notary on site as well that I've used before. They recently added a kiosk machine, so use that option if you just need to scan in a package. I visit the store multiple times a week usually and I've never been able to not do what I needed to do. Prices here are competitive with similar services in the area. It's cheaper to print your labels at home and have them scanned in here though. CONs: Parking can be a little challenging in the afternoons as well as lines during the holidays but that's everywhere you go so have some patience planned upon arrival. read more

Always fast and friendly service! Management and staff are excellent. Strongly recommend!

I needed a significant amount of photo copying, emailing to be sent out and Jayne, my true professional assisted me. I gave her many papers which she was able to perform the task of organizing my papers, determining which papers and forms needed to be copied. With her assistance the forms were received after a phone call and the documentation the papers were sent. I could not have done all of the required tasks from home. I value our UPS store and the employees I have as the opportunity to work with. I thank Jayne for making my day as she is truly a valued employee in my case. read more

Outstanding Service at Every Visit! I can't say enough great things about this UPS location! The team here is consistently friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I recently came in to return a few Amazon purchases, and I was completely confused about which item was which since I had ordered multiple similar products. Jane was absolutely amazing--so patient and kind! She went above and beyond to help me sort everything out and ensure the correct items were sent back to the right vendors. Her attention to detail and willingness to help truly stood out. Doug, the manager, is fantastic as well. Every time I come in, he's supportive, approachable, and clearly leads by example. Jack, another staff member, is also incredible--always hustling and ready to assist. I see him almost every time I stop by, and his dedication to providing excellent customer service is so impressive. Even the staff members whose names I don't know deserve recognition. Doug has assembled an exceptional team, and it shows. If you're looking for a quick, seamless, and friendly place to handle your UPS needs, this is the spot to go. Support this location--you won't be disappointed! :) read more

I've been doing a lot of transactions here lately. I really enjoy doing business with the people here! They're always so friendly- greets right away, acknowledges when there's a line, and tells us to have a great day. It's really the simple customer service that makes the biggest difference! I'll come back here for my drop offs any chance I get! Thank YOU everyone who works at this store for always being so kind to your customers! read more

Great location, easy to access! New to the neighborhood- Jayne has helped me twice this week on separate visits! Service was great once again! Saved money on printing a giant sign for my small business! They have me a great deal on my orders read more

Several sites online say they close at 6pm. That's perfect for people like me who get off at 5pm and need to mail out a package. But, when you get there at 5:15 pm and a big sign that says "Due to COVID we close at 5:00" Are we really still doing that UPS Store?? There were two other people walking up to the door, in the same disbelief as me. I'm sure they were there to spend money like me, and not there to just window shop. Apparently this UPS franchise owner is independently wealthy and doesn't need to stay open all day. Oh well, although a huge inconvenience, I'll just mail it off at Mail Boxes Etc, they are open till 7pm. read more

I needed live scan fingerprints done & should have come here to begin with! I was limited on where I could go, and because I am from out of town (and on Memorial Day weekend) I was limited on time as well-- tried two other places that couldn't get my fingerprints/gave me the runaround/equipment wasn't working/wasted my time prior to coming here. Both guys were very friendly, helpful, and made the entire process very seamless. read more

I had to return my iphone in a cardboard box via UPS because I bought a newer model. I went to UPS store #4357 at 10601 Terrasanta Blvd. The owner's name is Mary. I really appreciated that the UPS store provided a drop off package service to me free of charge, when I know it cost the business money to generate that receipt, print it, and pull an associate from tasks that generate income. I was treated cordially and with a smile by Jayne. The whole process was fast, convenient, and in a clean environment. read more

I live around the corner from this UPS store and have came here plenty. But for some reason today the customer service I got from Jane was uncalled for. She huffed and rolled her eyes at me when I came in to return a package to Nike. I spoke with Nike this morning and they told me just to go to UPS and they will scan the return label in my email and print it for me well when I can mentioned this to Jane that's when she huffed and rolled her eyes at me, and said we do not do that. There's a public computers you can use them, I looked at her and apologized and told her that is what I was informed from Nike. We don't do that again there's public computers you can use them is what she continue to tell me. There's no need to be rude or short or roll your eyes at somebody or huff at them. if you don't like your job or like interacting with customers, you should not work with customers. I understand people probably have had this same question or same incident happen more than once, so maybe you're offended or irritated that is not my problem it was very disrespectful. There's no need to be rude to people. read more

12/8/23: This location and Mission Vlly are out of Christmas stamps til middle of week. It would be great if they posted a sign on the door to this effect to spare people from standing in line for nothing during this busy time of year. read more

This is where I go for my Amazon returns. Staff are always efficient and friendly. Recently, I went in to sort out an Amazon return mix-up. Amazon apparently never received my return and I think any other place would've redirected me to Amazon customer service but staff refunded the purchase price of the item I returned. 5 stars for customer service! read more

Terrific service, this team works hard and fast to reduce wait time so I always bring my amazon returns & all ups shipments to this location. In fact I rarely have to wait at all. I've had a mailbox there for two years and appreciate having a fob to enter and check my mail after hours. Parking is easy! Highly recommend! read more

I didn't catch the name of the employee who helped me but was super thankful for their expertise, friendliness and customer service!

Wow! Came in today to ship a package, and the new owner Doug, was friendly and helpful. I know I was asking stupid questions, but he was so patient with me. I'm in the area often; this will be my new shipping store. read more

I have used their services a couple of times. This location is great! -Plenty of parking available. -Great customer service. -Fast working employees and happy to help you. -Notary services. -Easy fax and copy services. -Easy to drop off Amazon returns. I mean, just the fact that there is a notary in house, near a fax machine or mailing options gives this shop an above average mailing service. Great prices too, I was better for me to come here than the last time I needed a notary and end up spending double of what I spent here. read more

I took passport photos taken here and I was in / out in 5 mins! The pictures came out in awesome quality and a reasonable price! The notary service my husband did was super easy! Mary was a sweetheart!!!! read more

I am so grateful for our local ups team. Mary and Jane always greet me with a smile and go out of their way to help me with my shipping needs. We run a business in tierrasanta so I'm there a few times a week and regardless of my shipping needs- large or small they are always there to advise and support me. I left fed ex altogether because of the personal touch I get at ups. I also love the selection of cards and festive shopping boxes and bags. I highly recommend this store if you want professional efficiency and also a place where you feel like your not just a nameless face in the crowd. read more

I usually come to this UPS to return or exchange Amazon purchases. And when I come I have several bags of things. Jayne is always very professional, nice, approachable, proficient, patient, takes her time, and pleasant to deal with when I am making my transactions. She never rushes me or becomes upset that I have too many items. She always greets me and other customers immediately when we walk into the UPS Store, as does the other employees. I don't feel like just a customer when I come to your establishment I feel like a friend and like I matter which is a very nice feeling especially in todays world. I have even come in before and been given advice, I can't remember from who, but it was concerning something I was mailing and I was told another route would be cheaper. I thought that was very nice of them to tell me that, and because if that you have a lifetime customer. read more

This is supposed to be our friendly neighborhood UPS store. Unfortunately, we have been cursed with Jayne, a rude, condescending employee who lacks the mental ability to express empathy and has zero customer service skills. Our community is a close knit helpful and loving place, where she does not belong. If you go there, I would wait to work with someone else. She'll literally ruin your day. I'm in there often and stopped going to her but am still witness to her abuse to customers. Jayne - if you're reading this, give us a break, be kind and have a heart. If you can't, please go to a different town. Thanks read more

I wanted to do a return With a label and it was just a watch. Thw older lady this morning wouldn't even lend me a Box. Then I come back with a Box and then she wanted to charge me to buy tape. I can't make this stuff up wow what a joke. The weekend crew is great but this old lady she acts like it's her own tape. They lost my business forever. read more

Terrible experience. They won't print anything for you and make you sit at an embarrassing and unsanitary desk that costs $5 every 5 minutes you are on there. Which includes time to pull up your email to print your documents. They are also rude and of no help at all. Do not go here unless you're dropping off a quick package. Place sucks. read more

I have been going to this location for many years, and I have been greeted with courtesy, kindness, and respect every time. Mary, Jayne, John, and Doug have made this a pleasant and easy experience. Jayne YOU are amazing! We've been using this business for years but recently my Mom came in to ship a FRAGILE package that included a plate and an egg carton containing fortune cookies... YOU worked so nicely with her. Beyond YOU doing your best packing job you couldn't make any guarantees that the package could get tossed around and.... Well, it arrived PERFECTLY and no doubt it's because YOU took the time to care. Thank you! read more

I would stay away from this store if possible. their markup and prices are outrageous. I went there to ship a package already in a box but needed a bigger box to put it into and ship it to Denver Colorado. They asked if I wanted peanuts and I said sure until I found out they were going to charge me $7 to $10 just for that I told them to forget it. Then the cost of the box alone was $15 and shipping was $27 for a total of $42. It wasn't even that big of a box. Totally outrageous. From now on I will go through USPS. read more

Worst ups store I've been to. Came in with the packages with the label ready and the lady working the front desk rudely told me She can't accept them because they've been too busy and to go to the ups terminal. I told her I'm just dropping them off and she was just being rude and pretty much told us to leave. Will never come back to this store read more
