I've been coming here regularly and it's always a pleasure. Today there was only one young lady working alone. But she was so professional and precise that she was managing both windows by herself. She was quick, helpful, professional, pleasant even when certain people seemed frustrated that they had no cell service. Whoever owns this location, is a very lucky person to have her in their employ. If I were hiring right now, I'd definitely hire her. This is definitely my favorite UPS location. read more

I paid $54.17 on 02/24/25 for second day air service to mail medication that my husband forgot to pack for his trip. The medication was not delivered on time. Went to get a paper notarized for school. Got an email back from the school stating the notary did not follow the directions. I normally always go to my Escondido UPS location on East Valley Parkway ( where their customer service is always amazing ). But today 1/28 , I was in the San Marcos area and decided to drop off a package at this location since I was already in the shopping center. When I came in there was still 10 minutes to close 4:50pm and they close at 5pm. The moment I walked in the person at the counter by the name of Raul ( I asked for his name before I left ) looked at me with such a miserable face rolled his eyes did not welcome me and just turned around and walked away to the back to put something away, comes back to the front and I just like stayed there he did not say anything to me just looked at me mad , so I said hello how are you. He did not even acknowledge me saying hello , just grabbed my package scanned it and gave me a receipt , did not even say thank you for coming in or have a great evening. Nothing , I was the one who told him have a good day. I started walking away but then turned back to ask for his name and he rudely told me his name and turned around again. Never coming to this store again. I would understand going in 1-2 minutes before closing but no he had 10 minutes left. He did not have to be so rude. Horrible energy . Is negative stars an option? This location has 1 employee who is pleasant. A gentleman. Every other employee is snark, presents themselves poorly and extremely rude. I do a lot of returns as a secret shopper. Each time I dread going in because each time they are rude. I know if they treat me (a regular) that way they are likely disrespectful to everyone. Typically I just keep my head down and complete my transactions but this time I witness one African American girl also be rude to an older lady. That was the last straw for me! This branch is less than 3 minutes from my house but definitely does NOT represent a "neighborhood location". I use UPS stores all of the time for notary services and shipping. Everytime I go to this location they are short staffed or the team members are very unfriendly. The line will be out the door and the staff will be working to scan packages instead of waiting on customers. Today I went in for a notary and waited 25 minutes while a staff member shipped 2 items for a person ahead of me. The other team member slowly checked in packages that were already delivered while the line grew. Finally when I was my turn to be served the only notary in the store looked to help the next person in line. Then when she finally helped me she discovered that she lost her notary stamp. I was in the store for more than 35 minutes and for a notary and then was told they couldn't help. As a professional that uses other UPS locations this store consistently has poor service and their staff members move extremely slow like they hate their job. Use a different location for sure if you are in a time crunch. read more

I recently moved into this neighborhood 2 minutes away and work next door at the Cosmoprof the driver that comes in hector is always very kind , the previous location I go to is in vista off melrose their all very kind even when it's extremely busy whenever I come in there's not a wait but one younger gentlemen is always very rude not welcoming or not even a smile but they are quick to chat and have side conversations with each other As a small business worker besides Cosmoprof For three business I frequently use UPS services so going in is always is difficult knowing the off putting energy I always get ,even with these outrageous gas prices I'm now willing to drive to vista for better customer service read more
