Shout out to Cameron and this small shop that offers TONS of services! Need a notary, passport, keys made, packaging, shipping, copies, something faxed? This is the place! It's a small shop that has it all! This morning we were helped by Cameron.. this guy is on the ball! Friendly and professional Caron deftly helped several people at the same time with a quickness and thoroughness that is so lacking these days. TEN stars for this young man. I've gotten LiveScan here twice. The most recent time, the young man was managing customers with packages, answering phones and manning the fingerprint machine. He was courteous and on top of it! I was actually having a lot of trouble with the instructions for rolling each finger and the employee was patient. Stellar service with no attitude! This location off El Norte is better than the other PostalAnnex (confusing as they are both on Woodland Pkway). The other one is near Mission HIlls High and you hit horrible school traffic if you're trying to drop off packages right before 4 pm. read more

I received terrific service twice from a young gentleman at the store, Chris. He worked up an estimate to box a fairly large item and he did it with courtesy and knowledge. Three days later I returned to have Chris perform the job he had quoted me and I was impressed with his manner, his professionalism and the way in which he dealt with other customers that entered the store. Rarely, in my view, do you see people of any age providing such top-notch customer service because, you know what?, it ain't easy! So a large thanks and kudos to Chris, and to the store owners as well because their pricing for the job I needed was FAR less than the nearby stores in the same business. This is a great place I go there all the time anytime I need help with support for my office needs. I especially appreciate it Bernardo . He was very professional. It's like having a support staff remotely when you deal with these folks they're very competent and make sure to get the fax done right and get all the other things the PDFs everything is done perfectly. Yvonne and Kelly provided terrific, professional, courteous, and efficient service!! I had to get a live scan and had several questions about the confusing procedure. Yvonne explained the process exceptionally well and ensured I had my own copies for records. Her assistance with my fingerprint scan itself also made it go effortlessly. I returned later in the day, and Kelly was very thorough with my passport renewal by double-checking that all my information was accurate. Their swift work was also completed while simultaneously answering phones and keeping up with other customers. Overall, the fantastic customer service provided by both Yvonne and Kelly will keep me returning to the store for business - live scan, amazon drop off, passport renewal, etc.! read more

This PostalAnnex+ location was pretty busy; they offer many ancillary services in addition to postal services such as uHaul and Notary services, which I had to utilize. Despite the crowd, the staff were friendly and quick. The notary was fast and affordable. read more

We have been using this Postal Annex for years. The service is always the best service we've ever received anywhere. Helpful, friendly, fast, easy. Every time we go, we talk afterwards about how amazingly easy the process is and what great service we receive. Won't go anywhere else. read more

The people working there are great. BUT the business over-charge horribly for a simple print request sent in via an email. Better go to Fed Ex it's a fraction of the $2 a page Postal Annex charges depending on if you do it yourself or bring in on a thumb drive -- even if sent via email and they do it for you it's 27 cents a page with a $2.50 service charge. So for big jobs it's WAY more reasonable and just bring in and it's (I think) only 17 cents a page. There is no option for self-service at Postal Annex. read more

I actually took advantage of a Yelp offer they had. The woman who helped me was very informative and helpful. She was nice as well. You don't always find nice people in postal industry. Their PO boxes are actually the cheapest around that I found too, so that was a perk. Highly recommend going here. Great experience all the way around. read more

At first I was going to give them a 1 star because they didn't show record of my dropping off a package with a prepaid label. I learned that I need to get a receipt. I understand the purpose of convenience fees, but a mark up of 3x the shipping cost of USPS is ridiculous. After quoting me $9.70 to send a small, light package within state, I took my business to the post office. I ended up paying just over $3 for the exact same service. It also bears mentioning that the line at the post office was shorter, faster, and the service was far more helpful and pleasant. read more

I was in and out within 10 minutes which was perfect because I had to bring my 3 month old baby in with me. Manisha was so kind and observant. This is the only Postal Annex I go to. Bernardo is friendly, fast and efficient. I had questions and he answered them and gave me the best possible option. He is fantastic.
