This was a great place to go for live scan fingerprints. You make an appointment. Check in at the desk. Wait for your turn. The people working here know what they're doing and are able to get you in and out for a live scan of your finger prints. They take credit cards and have some of the lowest fees in town for doing a live scan. Definitely worth every penny. Plus they're super nice. read more

I was a little hesitant to choose this place due to the reviews, but I'm glad I decided to try it out. I made an appointment online the day before, and the tech was ready for me as soon as I arrived (although I arrived 20 minutes early). She was very quick and thorough and explained the entire process and fees to me. A sketchy man came to the door at the end of my appointment, and the tech was nice enough to offer to walk me to my car if I felt unsafe. I highly recommend this place for your LiveScan needs. Luna LiveScan is where we send all of our employees for fingerprinting. Both locations offer the exact services we need and in a timely manner! We arrived for another fingerprint service last night without an appointment and she happily helped us. She put off what she was doing and did the printing quickly. We know that there are so many details with the fingerprinting process so, it's great to have a location that knows the requirements. LiveScan locations need customers to provide specific information about where their clearances need to be sent when completed so, make sure your form is complete before going in for the fingerprinting. There are literally 30+ codes that can be associated with one form so, make sure you have your form ready to go for the LiveScan operator. Thanks again for taking us last minute last night! I truly appreciate quality personal services. The Live Scan process, by its very nature, is uncomfortable and not a particularly entertaining experience. I had to repeat the process three times, not because anything was done wrong. But because three separate governmental entities needed their own report. Too bad the process can't be streamlined but that certainly isn't Luna LiveScan's fault. read more

My fingerprints are almost non existent. Julie worked very hard in getting in getting them. My fingerprints have been rejected before by others. To my surprise and relief, she had many methods to get my fingerprints to take. She is also one of the few in California certified as a Channler for an FBI scan report of which I needed. She called me to make sure I knew how to download the report. I was nervous but she talked me through it. It was well worth driving the 1 1/2 to go to her. She is also a paralegal, a notary and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and we had many. She was interesting, patient and gives great customer service. I walked in on Saturday afternoon and was kindly greeted. Fingerprint services are usually by appointment only, but Julie was able to accommodate me after finishing with another client. I've had trouble in the past getting fingerprinted because my fingerprints are disappearing due to cleaning with bleach and using hand sanitizer. Julie has various ways of improving fingerprint recognition and was able to get my prints very quickly. I was so pleased. She was also fun to talk to and it was an overall good experience. read more
