I'm so happy I found Luna Live Scan + Notary! The ink fingerprints I did with Julie were processed and accepted--unlike the ones I originally had done at UPS, which were rejected due to poor quality. Thanks, Julie! read more

There are times in our lives when doing huge things like moving to Europe that we need the kind of help that only a miracle worker can pull off. Julie is this kind of person. I came to her a bit scattered with what she quickly identified as a useless notary that would have certainly caused our visa to be rejected, and immediately set me straight with the correct certification for all of my critical documents. She is incredibly detail oriented, unbelievably professional, and one of the most sincere and helpful people I've ever come across. Not only that, but her professional network can get seemingly impossible things done on frankly insane deadlines. I am so, so glad that we reached out to her and we will never, ever use a different notary service as we have already found the very best. read more

Julie was so sweet! She was very patient and thorough and made the process so smooth! It was a super quick appointment and definitely a good price for the services offered! Highly recommend for ink prints! read more

Very knowledgeable, super quick and supportive service, would definitely recommend. Good price and got just what I needed

Came in to do a live scan for a new job. Walked in and the person behind the counter was SO SWEET! She got started on everything right away and helped me get in and out FAST! I have eczema on one of my hands/fingers and so it was a little hard to read and so she was super transparent about what could potentially happen if they didn't get approved. Thank you so much!! read more

I needed fingerprints for work and this was such an easy and seamless process! Simple to find, simple to park, kind woman working - I believe she was the owner. My appointment was at 5pm and I was done and out in less than 15 minutes. Professional and easy! If you have any notary or livescan needs, head to Luna Livescan. You won't be disappointed! read more

This was a great place to go for live scan fingerprints. You make an appointment. Check in at the desk. Wait for your turn. The people working here know what they're doing and are able to get you in and out for a live scan of your finger prints. They take credit cards and have some of the lowest fees in town for doing a live scan. Definitely worth every penny. Plus they're super nice. read more

Very professional and friendly and helpful .. thank you ! No waiting but still best to make an appointment . read more

Small family business that is professional and prompt with service. Nice for them to be open on the weekend.

I had to get a live scan done on short notice, and I am so happy I was able to find and choose this location. This office has a quick and easy-to-navigate appointment scheduling system, and less than 24 hours after booking my appointment I was having my live scan performed! Julie was quite kind, efficient, and knowledgeable, and made the overall experience a breeze. I will certainly be back. Thank you, Julie! :) read more

Best licensed notary public/ fingerprinting location in North County. Highly recommend using this place for all applicable needs.

I was a little hesitant to choose this place due to the reviews, but I'm glad I decided to try it out. I made an appointment online the day before, and the tech was ready for me as soon as I arrived (although I arrived 20 minutes early). She was very quick and thorough and explained the entire process and fees to me. A sketchy man came to the door at the end of my appointment, and the tech was nice enough to offer to walk me to my car if I felt unsafe. I highly recommend this place for your LiveScan needs. My apologies for not catching the tech's name. read more

Julie was very helpful and answered all my questions. No appointment needed and a great local place to get your live scan!

got my livescans done in a timely fashion! no wait and super friendly service. I have gotten 4 scans done here, and i will always return!

What a fantastic little place!! They do SO much, with efficiency and organization!! Looking for a LiveScan provider in the past was always a horrible experience! This wonderful company has an account with my employer and I had an appointment. The owner was professional, kind, and FAST! I hope everyone finds out about this great place! read more

Fingerprints, it was quick and easy. Super nice and courteous! We came without an appointment and didn't have to wait.

Luna LiveScan is where we send all of our employees for fingerprinting. Both locations offer the exact services we need and in a timely manner! We arrived for another fingerprint service last night without an appointment and she happily helped us. She put off what she was doing and did the printing quickly. We know that there are so many details with the fingerprinting process so, it's great to have a location that knows the requirements. LiveScan locations need customers to provide specific information about where their clearances need to be sent when completed so, make sure your form is complete before going in for the fingerprinting. There are literally 30+ codes that can be associated with one form so, make sure you have your form ready to go for the LiveScan operator. Thanks again for taking us last minute last night! We will keep sending all of our staff to Luna LiveScan! read more

Very professional. Explained the process in great detail. Marriah is the sweetest. She called me a few days following my initial appointment to ask if I got everything I needed and if I had any questions. Highly recommend! read more

I truly appreciate quality personal services. The Live Scan process, by its very nature, is uncomfortable and not a particularly entertaining experience. I had to repeat the process three times, not because anything was done wrong. But because three separate governmental entities needed their own report. Too bad the process can't be streamlined but that certainly isn't Luna LiveScan's fault. read more

Julie was very helpful and I appreciate her helping me on a short notice. She is kind, meticulous, and was able to offer a military discount to me, which is a big plus considering the difficult times we are living in. Would do business with Julie again. read more

Incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming staff. I was nervous going in because I was not sure if my paperwork was 100% correct, but they were very kind and understanding about it. I highly recommend them. They are great at fingerprinting and really know what they are doing! read more

Great service! Owner personally called me to help with a situation that happened with my fingerprints and was generous enough to provide me with a refund and redo my fingerprints. Great place! Would definitely come again! read more

My fingerprints are almost non existent. Julie worked very hard in getting in getting them. My fingerprints have been rejected before by others. To my surprise and relief, she had many methods to get my fingerprints to take. She is also one of the few in California certified as a Channler for an FBI scan report of which I needed. She called me to make sure I knew how to download the report. I was nervous but she talked me through it. It was well worth driving the 1 1/2 to go to her. She is also a paralegal, a notary and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and we had many. She was interesting, patient and gives great customer service. I plan on going back for all my legal needs! Thank You Julie! read more

I went to some other spot before coming to this one and my live scan was denied because the person conducting the scan did not follow the proper procedure. When I came here Julie was super professional and when scanned my fingerprints, she double checked the quality before submitting. Im very content with my quality of service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for any type of fingerprint scans. read more

I have not been able to take it off since the day i put it on. She put me down and said i was not trying hard enough to take it off. 5 stars to the great person that helped me. This was the first time I've ever had to get my fingerprints done so I was a bit nervous but the receptionist was very friendly and kind and it was an easy process that only took 10 min, it was very organized and clean and it deserves 5/5 stars :) read more

The owner was awesome and really helpful with my LiveScan. Also took only 10 mins! I recommend this place!

I went here to get a background check on myself. Everything went very smoothly and it was fast and easy. They kept everything clean and got my finger prints in no time! I will receive my results in a week or so and I trust it will actually be accurate as opposed to those online places which are terrible. I would and will definitely recommend this place. I will post again once I receive my results. read more

I walked in on Saturday afternoon and was kindly greeted. Fingerprint services are usually by appointment only, but Julie was able to accommodate me after finishing with another client. I've had trouble in the past getting fingerprinted because my fingerprints are disappearing due to cleaning with bleach and using hand sanitizer. Julie has various ways of improving fingerprint recognition and was able to get my prints very quickly. I was so pleased. She was also fun to talk to and it was an overall good experience. read more
