Disappointing and frustrating experience…read more Despite a good start with this shop, we ended up printing the job ourselves without receiving a fair refund. I spent several hours working on this piece and kept adjusting per the manager's instructions until my PDF looked perfect online. However, their commercial printer struggled with the gradients, so their hard copy prints did not match what I had approved over email. Also, in the middle of the process, the shop changed the fonts and colors in my PDF without consulting me, which wasted valuable time. When my colleague went to pick up our order, the final print wasn't ready because their machine had broken down. She saw the first print and voiced her concerns over the print quality, but received pushback because of my approval online for the pending final draft. As soon as she saw the difference between their first print and what we were able to print in-house, she called right away and asked them to stop work on the order. Unfortunately, we were still charged the full amount and received a refund of less than 10%. When I raised my concerns later in person, the shop shifted the focus to blaming us instead of taking responsibility and looking after the customer. Be sure to confirm approvals in person and timelines in writing. I will not be going back.

Easy booking rides online or email. Once booked you'll get a confirmation email. Chauffeurs always arrive early for our trips. Same this time. Rafael contacted me an estimated time of arrival about 30 minutes before he arrived. Departure time was 5:30am and he showed up 10 minutes early. SUV was clean and spacious. Water bottles provided. Rafael was super nice and a great driver. Loaded and unloaded our bags. Asked to ensure we had everything for our trip before we left. We arrived at airport earlier than expected, which was super nice. We continue to use this company for transportation. Thanks TP Town Car.

BEWARE OF FRAUD We…read morehave used this company for a long time. On the very last day of 2023 they charged me 7k out of the blue. I emailed the address listed on the website and in previous receipts and it bounced. I also tried to call for several days and the phone was disconnected. Finally on the second week of trying someone answered, who was clearly on a cell phone. Told me they can't help with refunds over the phone and they don't have any phone number to help. My only option was to email an address not listed anywhere on their website or in my previous receipt. No chance I'm sending personal information that way. Pretty unfortunate as we have used this service for years. Something happened at the end of 2023 and now it's super shady. I recommend using a different service. Also this company just dispatches to other car services. May as well go directly to those companies.
