Quality is low. Had to come in twice to redo due to the quality being low. Now the customer service is horrible. The employee who I believe is Ruth older lady extremely rude and unprofessional. Had I known this I would have never came to this location. It's almost like your bugging her to do the fingerprints. Also was in the room when she got a call and same type of attitude. EXTREMELY RUDE LADY! Avoid this place at all costs. Went here for a live-scan and when I tried to walk into the office space she was yelling at me instructing me to wait outside and she will get to me. Feels as if you are asking for a favor versus paying for a service as a customer. There are many other AAA live scan locations you can go to and get your finger prints taken. When you ask a question related to your fingerprints the lady cuts you off, won't answer, and basically tells you she knows absolutely nothing about what you're talking about, what you need the prints for, and what will happen next. I needed a Live Scan for the State of CA, I was given this address as a place to go to and the fee quoted by the State of CA was $21.00 After I did the Live scan the Lady said the fee is $80.00 I feel this is a bit High cause most companies charge $20.00 so I feel they do take advantage of you. read more
