WARNING DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO! Pay in cash! I used the Uhual less than 12hrs, was told to drop off at Postal Annex! This broke establishment proceeds to call me and ask where the truck is, you guys must do this often! I moved one damn couch and had no reason to keep it for days. They're claiming I had it for days bc their flawed system. After payment with my Apple Card! I cancelled that card with the quicks bc I could just tell something was weird. They changed my drop off for the truck at the last minute and told me to drop it off at Postal Annex. It was 10, are they open! So, I left it there with the keys with the other trucks that were their. If you go at night you will see many trucks and most probably have the keys inside. It's been over a month and they're still charging and it's all random amounts too

Upon walking in, I was greeted right away by the owner, Ana. She was so warm & friendly, she treats you like she's known you for years. It's unlike any other UPS locations I've ever been. The store is clean and customer service is excellent & efficient. I was in and out very quickly. If I'm going to frequent a place for my mailing needs, I choose this one even though it's further from where I live. It's SO worth it and I highly recommend it!

I was also greeted almost immediately when I walked to the counter. An all around excellent experience! Thanks Otoo!

I politely asked for assistance, and instead of being helped, the employee was extremely rude and hostile. While I was trying to find information, she harassed me, spoke to me aggressively, and acted as though I was an inconvenience simply for being present. To make matters worse, she got on her cell phone and was cursing and speaking negatively about the customers that she encounters, which was completely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. At one point, she told me I needed to "hurry up" because "you have literally 5 minutes before I go to lunch," as if her schedule mattered more than providing basic customer service. I asked for her name, and she said it was Michelle, but by that point her behavior had made me feel so uneasy that I couldn't trust her with my package--or even trust that she was being truthful. I took a photo and informed her that I did not feel comfortable mailing my package there and would be taking my business elsewhere. She didn't stop there she continued to harass me until I was outside the building. No customer should be treated this way, especially when they are being polite and asking for help. This experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a federal service facility. I will never return to this location, and I strongly caution others unless serious changes are made.

However, that means there is no AC. I always feel so bad for them during a heat wave. Getting in and out of here with a stroller is damn near impossible, but just don't go when you're on baby duty. I finally had the chance to drive by and study what was here and I saw this place and could see through the open doors they also carried supplies and some gifts. My mission... to check this postal place out. I was greeted by a friendly employee as I entered. The place could be a little confined especially with social distancing in place. They carried a selection of greeting cards, a particular line of greeting cards were designed by a local artist. They offer a little bit of things for maybe a last minute gift such as toys and even scented candles. They of course have postal needs and some fun supplies such as decorative earbuds (I purchased flower earbuds) phone gadgets, phone cords etc.. Oh, and they have readers too, if you happen to need them. A handful of people dropped in to drop off their mail. This center is adjacent to other businesses and a local market so the shopping center can be quite busy and parking in the front of the Postal Center is limited. Plenty of places to eat in the area before or after you do your business at the Bonsall Postal & Imaging Center.
