His positive attitude made what could have been a stressful chore feel easy and almost fun. This guy went so far above and beyond that I honestly can't thank him enough. Everyone working there was friendly, but the assistant manager truly made the visit exceptional. Even though it wasn't something they typically handle, Sunny offered to help by creating a new label and getting it back into the system to make sure it reached the right recipient. It appeared to be something urgent for a law firm, so that extra effort really meant a lot. I truly appreciate those small acts of kindness especially when you're unfamiliar with the process. The door closest to the parking lot actually puts you at the front of the line and right next to the prepaid package drop off. Walk in through the P.O. Box entrance if you don't want to feel like you're swimming upstream.
