About three months ago my husband went to A to Z Wireless to have his battery replaced in his iPhone. He recommended this repair shop to me when I took my phone case off and found the entire back looked like it had been ran over by a truck! In 2 hours, I had the entire back of my iPhone replaced cameras and all and it looks brand new! I couldn't recommend A to Z Wireless more. The owner was super nice and did exactly what he said he would do in the time he told me he would fix it. I didn't think it would look like a new phone. If you're looking for fast, reliable and great service they not only fix phone but all types of techy things that need fixing. read more

We were passing through, coming back from Orange County on June 27th, over 2 months ago. We decided to eat breakfast next door to this place. Anyway. I walked in here and asked if they could put new batteries in our 5 yr old iPhones. He said sure & had them ready an hour later when we finished breakfast. He quotes you for a new battery. But also cleans your phone up really nice & the speaker is like brand new again! Anyway I just now decided to write a review because I'm so happy about how well the new battery and everything works still! I only have to charge my phone at night now! It's still good ALL day! AND the guy & his son were super nice, down-to-earth people. I love giving my business to people like this. Highly recommend. read more

My son shattered his IPad screen pretty badly. I was referred to A to Z from a friend and I'm thankful I chose A to Z. I wasn't aware there was internal damage from the IPad hitting the ground. Iverson was confident he could get everything working good as new. I dropped off the IPad in the morning and was called for pickup in a couple of hours. My son has his IPad back and is a happy camper again! I will definitely be back should I have any electronic repair needs. Thank you for your for the timely and excellent service. read more

Iverson the owner at A to Z Wireless Cell Phone and Tablet Repair Shop, he told me that he's been in business for 10 years at the Coast Highway location in Oceanside, CA. Denise is Iverson's assistant cell phone repair specialist. Denise replaced my Apple IPhone XR Version 10 cell phone battery. And Denise said she is going to also clean the microphone and she will not charge me but usually Iverson said he charges his customers $20.00 extra. Iverson said since I am his first time customer he's not going to charge me the Cleaning the Microphone Fee this time. I said thank you very much. Iverson said that I need to buy a new cellular phone battery every 2 years. My battery was 5 years old. That's the reason my Apple IPhone XR was dropping phone calls and not working properly. I was charged the $30.00 for a New cell phone battery. I was charged the labor was $70.00. The total cost was $100.00. I also wanted to buy a new cellular phone case. I paid Dense $34.95 to buy this new brand called Azore in the bright Red color with the Ring in the back. The Ring in the back can be turned to 5 different settings and the color red is my favorite color. I received excellent customer service from Denise and Iverson. I also received fast service. It only had taken Denise (30 minutes) to replace my old cell phone battery. read more

I've been using A to Z Wireless for both consumer and corporate device repairs for years, and they have never once failed me. The quality of their work is consistently excellent, and they've earned my full trust. One thing I especially appreciate is their honesty. For example, they advised me that replacing a battery in an Apple Watch carried a risk of breaking the device. They were completely transparent, and because of that honesty, I chose not to move forward. That kind of integrity is rare. The shop itself is in a very old building and isn't the cleanest environment--there are some strong odors, so I usually drop off and head out quickly because of my allergies. But despite the dated surroundings, the workmanship is top-notch. Pricing is fair and reflects the skill involved. Not "cheap," but absolutely worth it. In November 2025, they charged $15 each to apply screen protectors to brand-new iPad Pros, and the results were flawless--far better than anything I could have done myself. We were happy to pay for such careful work. I would confidently recommend A to Z Wireless to anyone needing reliable, honest, and high-quality repairs. read more

Walked in because my iPhone 16 touchscreen was frozen after being left out in the heat on the hood of my car for a few minutes. I had called Verizon earlier and the said it was 'probably damaged beyond repair" and that they'd send me a new phone on Monday. When I walked in here, the guy was so nice and genuine and helpful, charged me only 20 dollars and took only two minutes, and bam! My phone was working again just fine. read more

Had an old PlayStation taken in back in December- was promised a call back with an answer if they could fix it or not & got nothing - picked the unit up 4 months later & they hadn't even ran a diagnostic test on it yet. read more

We recently visited this store seeking assistance with my Surface Pro's noise issue and also an upgrade for my PS4 to an SSD storage system. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. While we appreciate the staff's effort, they were unable to address the noise problem with my Surface Pro. I had hoped for a solution or some guidance, but it was disappointing to leave without a resolution. Also, I was informed by the staff member that there was no way to perform the SSD upgrade for the PS4 without losing all my data, which I later found out isn't true, and there are many instructional vids on youtube about how to do it. We returned later hoping to at least pick up a flashdrive so we could try it at home, but he didn't have any for sale. Overall, the lack of expertise in resolving the specific issues I faced, combined with the unavailability of basic accessories, left us dissatisfied with the visit. read more

Iverson fixed my Kindle port in a matter of hours. Actually, he rebuilt it. He's the Master of micro welding! I HIGHLY recommend A to Z in O'Side if your electronics need a doctor. Original XBOX owners: Iverson is your man!!! He can not only repair an OG XBOX, he can rebuild one like it's brand new again! We are so grateful. I am just sorry I did not write this sooner. No one would touch our Xbox from Carlsbad to Escondido to Temecula. We purchased our XBOX brand new, hardly used it before we had to store it away, and when we brought it back out, it would not turn on. We were so sad, we were (and are) so careful. There is nothing like Sudeki, Jade Empire, or Gladius. Iverson not only took apart his original XBOX to figure it out, he ordered parts, tested it, tested it on his, kept me informed about what he was doing, and kept our baby looking brand new without a scratch on her, just like we brought her in :) . Even if you don't have an original XBOX, Iverson can fix it, if not he will find a way, and he cares. Thank you, Iverson! You have proved yourself trustworthy and we always remain loyal. read more

I have been here a handful of times for my iPhone and MacBook screens. I just recently had to get my MacBook screen replaced. Iverson was great to work with. Ordered the part I needed a couple of days before so I could drop off the computer for a quick 2-hour turnaround time. Quoted me over the phone and was the same price in-store when it came to pay. Very honest a 5-star service. Highly recommend! read more

Iverson. That guy is the man! I have a Galaxy S3 Frontier that has sentimental value to me (gift from my wife). I've used it for about 3 years non stop and the battery went to shit. I couldn't find a shop in my area to fix it so my friend referred me to him. His shop is about an hour away from me so I mailed him my watch (work schedule wouldn't let me drop it off as sooner) and drove to pick it up. He told me it was his first time opening my type of watch. He nailed it! Swapped out the battery and put in a new one no problem. Even sent me a pic and video of the repair. I'm extremely happy with the level of expertise and customer service. Even happier I don't have to buy a new watch since the new version is essentially the same watch just with a different shell. Well worth the drive up. If you're on this page debating if you should bring him your device for repair, do it. You won't be sorry. Excellent customer service, expertise, and with a very reasonable pricing model. Can't beat that. Thank you again Ives! read more

My son and I were so relived to see this shop was open since most places in the mall had already been closed down due to the Coronavirus. My son put too much Lysol on his phone the night before so I told him to put in some rice. Seems like he went overboard. His phone would not charge since he discovered rice was stuck in the Charging Port. The employee was super helpful and quickly removed the rice in a few minutes it seemed like. We were so relived to hear the sound of it connecting when he was done! He simply asked for a donation for his work. We were so grateful and I wish I had some more cash on me. Defined my stop by if you need anything tech related! read more

This is my electronics repair shop! Iverson makes the time to repair my broken screens I've brought him. I brought an old iPad and also a really old Surface, which work great but, yeah, they're old. Bad business and will never go back. Im not the type of person to go to a business just to micro manage and leave a bad review but my last encounter with them was simply that. I went in a little over a month ago to get my screen fixed. That same day after I got my car home I had to drive back up to their shop to get it fixed again because I couldn't use the bottom of my screen ( touch functions gone.) Fast forward to now I randomly picked up my phone and the screen was perfect but there was ink in the BOTTOM of my screen everywhere . So obviously I take it back in to get it fixed knowing that it's not my fault I never dropped it and basically I'm told it's my fault and that since I spent $155+ he can replace the screen and give me a discount of $25 . read more
