Norman did an amazing job with my Mac book laptop. Much better than Apple services. I very highly recommend him.

I brought in my daughters phone that needed a new battery. The service was great, the person working did well being the only one in the store, helping everyone he could, and answering the phone. He explained everything with the phone i brought in and was able to fix it. I will definitely be bring other electronics in when I need to. read more

Wonderful customer service. Timely service and left not feeling ripped off. My less than 3 year old lap top would not turn on. Brought it over on Saturday afternoon, had it back Monday! I would recommend this place for anything needing computer/phone repair. It was $100 well some read more

Norman is the man!!! I have a 16 year old who "fell" in the pool with his iphone 12. Researched on what to do for a water damaged phone but no luck after one day. So I stopped by and Norman was very welcoming, knowledgeable and personable. It's nice to walk into a place and you feel you made the right decision. He was able to fix the phone so we could back it up properly but was very clear in letting us know the phone has the potential to have future issues. They do repairs on video game consoles too! Very reasonable price for this repair. Thank you again Norman! read more

Came in wondering if the phone needed a new battery. Technician removed some apps that weren't being used and deleted some unused tabs. He said take it home and see if is better, if not come back in and we will check the battery. So far working much better. No upsell, just honest old fashion customer service, refreshing in this day and time. read more

UBIF has amazingly knowledgeable and professional people. Bravo to Evan at the Marron store, he is amazingly knowledgable about phones, computers, and electronics, and software too. Like Degreed level. He diagnosed my Pixel 7 had a broken screen, broken touch pad, and broken back bezel and then he made the phone repair, good as new, in only 4 hours! !! SAME DAY !! Very professional team at UBIF. That's how valuable the team at UBreakIFix is. Thank you Team UBUF: Evan, and Norman. read more

Came in to have my camera lenses repaired. No part in stock but was able to order the part and put a money deposit on it. Did that, not an issue. Was told it would take roughly an hour to fix when the part came in. Came back a few days later and was told they needed my phone and ENTIRE DAY for a minor repair (I have previously fixed the same issue at a different business and they did the repair in 15 mins). Told them I wasn't okay with them having multiple phone and entire day. Lost luggage deposit I did go to another place and they fixed my phone in 30 mins Updates. No, I was NOT told 1-2 hours. The employee told me they'd need my phone the entire day. read more

I went in to have a new screen protector put on my cell phone. Jody was kind, and very pleasant. It only took a few minutes and they did not charge me since I already had the new screen protector. I also met another employee names Moses, who was also very professional and made sure I was happy with the service. They repair all kind of electronics! I highly recommend their service! They are located in the Olive Garden shopping center in Carlsbad which also has plenty of parking. Thank you Jody and Moses! Gail K. Oceanside read more

After being cursed out Mike the owner promised this situation would be corrected and in his words it would never happen again because the employee would no longer be employed at his business. Months later my family walks in for more help, and low and behold, Mike has lied to us again. The employee was still working there. This place is laughable as far as professionalism goes, and it's starts from the top Mike!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BOLD FACED LIES FROM THE OWNER. BE AWARE. FIND ANOTHER ASURION!!! read more

I'm new to the area and very few stores popped up on my searches and this was one of them. Store location very easy to find and customers won't have a problem locating the place. I was looking to get a diagnostic text on my phone since it won't restart/turn on and the employee (I forgot to ask for their name sorry) but they gladly helped me and tested my phone and everything. The employee was well informed and know their hardware knowledge very well. I was very impressed since even an Apple Technician couldn't tell me exactly why my phone didn't read on their FANCY diagnostic device (@Apple you should do a better training program or have a more selective hiring process). Anyways, this location is a go to with your phone problems and will be going here moving forward (instead of apple) for my device issues in the future. read more

I just had a great experience at this location. I went over in a panic because my phone was frozen on a page showing something trying to download with an Asian language text that I couldn't read. I unsu ccessfully tried turning the phone off myself. Fortunately, May was able to get it reset quickly. Phew!! Crisis averted. I am so grateful to her! I had seen the shop many times when in this shopping center, and I am happy that they were here when I needed them. I highly recommend! read more

A wonderful service paired with Verizon and Asurion. My phone was fixed in just a couple of hours about 3 miles from my home! And May Made suggestions how I could get more value out of my service. She said I could bring in my other computers from home and get them tuned up and things transferred for free under my insurance policy. Very nice people to work with I highly recommend this company. read more

Went in to have my laptop computer hinge repaired. I was charged $50 for the quote even though the website advertises free quotes (didn't see the website until after). I agreed to the quoted price for a full repair. When I got my computer back there was still a gaping hole with wire exposed and the screw holding the back of the computer to the front must be stripped because when I open the laptop it pulls apart. They said they'd charge me an extra $100 to complete the repair. They have not responded to my email asking for them to complete the repair at the price I was quoted. The repair took over three weeks to do and it wasn't done correctly. I can't recommend them to anyone. read more

I dropped my phone and cracked my iPhone screen, which is not ideal for anyone, but especially for me as I require the use of my phone for work. I took my phone in on Friday morning at 11am and went on a run, and by the time I got back to check my email at 12pm, my phone was already repaired. When I arrived, she insured I could unlock, take pictures and use all the functions on my phone before taking payment. It was fast service and easy process. Everyone who worked there was very helpful, and I feel I was charged fairly for the cost if the new glass and labor. They were very transparent about cost upfront (they even have a sign that outlines cost for fixing most devices) at the front desk. Thank you for making a quick repair to my phone, at an affordable cost. Although I hope my screen does not break again, I will definitely return in the event of another unfortunate situation. read more
