I initially spoke with Patricia the secretary and then Mike who took my call to start the process of my order. They are both very personable and took the time to work with me in relation to my unique project needs. To say that they were accommodating would be an understatement. They really care about each person and project, no matter the size. I then worked personally with Nick (also super nice and conversational) who actually hand edited my indesign file while discussing the edits with me simultaneously (first time working with this format) and took me back to the pressroom to see the whole printing process. The experience was educational and fascinating, and the service was so personal and customized, there is no way that any office store or Kinko's can compare. They actually take the time to work with your individual or commercial project and treat you with respect. I will definitely be going back for future print projects!

Rancho Bernardo Signs and its owner Tom Beutz are one of those service type businesses that unequivocally and categorically deserved a 5-star Yelp review for their great service. For all and any of your sign needs, I wholeheartedly recommend Rancho Bernardo Signs. Rancho Bernardo Signs is located in North County San Diego specifically off of Ranch Bernardo Road when exiting the 15 freeway heading west. RB Signs is just past the 7-11 within a small strip mall that houses several service type businesses. If you're familiar with the Westwood community, it is a hop, skip, and jump across from the Westwood neighborhood. When I picked up my project from Tom, I quickly could tell why he was recommended. Tom is a one man operation, he is friendly, and his customer service was exceptional. He's been in business for many years and primarily garners business through word-of-mouth. He did such a great job for me that I wanted to make sure everyone knew about it. I had posted on the Facebook community group Westwood Moms asking if anyone had any recommendations for a business that could make a Big Head of one of my son's baby pictures. One of the Westwood Moms suggested that I try out RB Signs and Tom after her positive experience with him. I reached out to Tom, left a message, and he quickly called me back. I explained to him what I wanted, communicated primarily via email, sent him the picture that I wanted a Big Head created from, and Tom completed the project quickly. Working with Tom was easy and seamless. I wanted a Big Head of my son because I'm going to use it for his sport's Senior Night and for Graduation. If you're looking to do the same, you won't go wrong with Tom and he does it for a very reasonable price. Rancho Bernardo Signs needs to be your go to place for any of your sign needs. If you're looking for someone to create a project like mine, I'm confident that you'll be happy working with RB Signs and its owner Tom.

We got some misaligned business cards with crooked cuts and they didn't help us with it because my…read moreboss took more than 30 days to notice. Technically past the 30 day guarantee but someone told us they can fix it but another department said they couldn't a few weeks later. Just be sure to check your orders, especially the cuts. I believe it was customer support vs the actual sales/operations/printing department. I understand it was my boss's fault for not noticing for over 30 days. The order was placed in late 2023 and he did not notice until early 2024. And I know the guarantee only covers 30 days. But they told me they would fix it and I spent a long time taking pictures and uploading them between multiple emails because the pictures were not delivering from my company email to their customer support so I had to redo it. A few weeks after all this, they decided that since it was more than 30 days they changed their mind and would not help us. And again, yes it was well over 30 days and no longer guaranteed but we thought maybe they could do it as a courtesy. I was explicitly told that the replacements would be included in our order in January 2024, which was about 90 days since the bad order, but they never came and they retracted their statement :( The fact that they sent us thousands of crooked business cards for a substantial amount of money, then mistakenly told us that they would fix it after I spent so long to get those pictures and then waiting so long before saying otherwise. My boss was considering taking our business elsewhere, however, their prices are good and we only had that one major issue besides customer service being a little slow sometimes. Their delivery speeds are good as well and I'm happy with my business cards, he was just not happy with his. UPDATE in response to the customer service comment: Yes, I was aware it was past the 30 day guarantee. No, it was not "a year ago" at the time, it was a few months from late 2023 to early 2024. I didn't mind that the guarantee doesn't cover it. The thing that bothered me was the fact that customer service told me they would fix it regardless of it being a few months later, and I spent a lot of time sending them pictures and dealing with support through calls and emails. I believe it was a miscommunication between customer service and the operations team. Or between different customer service agents. Or maybe the first agent I spoke to was either lying or didn't know what they were talking about. I'd be fine if they told us right off the bat that they couldn't do it, as we just asked them to do it as a courtesy and didn't expect them to say yes. I was pleasantly surprised when the first person said they would replace it for free. They promised to send it with my January order. But then after that didn't happen, and the Yelp comment implied it was a whole year before my review without actually addressing the problem, my opinion on Printivity customer service is very negative and this brings down my rating. Just be sure to check EVERYTHING you receive very carefully when you receive them. I checked all 1000 of my business cards and they're fine. They have good prices. Just the customer service could be improved. At this point (2025), it all happened over a year ago, for real this time. The original order was in late 2023 and my concerns were "addressed" in early 2024.
