The UPS Store

She spent nearly 2 hours typing addresses and I couldn't have thanked her enough for being so incredibly sweet, efficient, and helpful. There was an issue with the Excel file I sent, so she had to painstakingly manually type all the entries. She even worked through her break to finish my packages, now that's dedication! I was extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely make this my go-to UPS location for future delivery needs. This UPS store is nicer than some of the others I've been to. It's larger and has friendlier service, that's for sure!

The employee had to install the lock while I stood there waiting. I was then given only the mailbox keys and no key for the front door, which limited my ability to access a mailbox I was paying for. On several occasions, I've also gone in simply to pick up a package and somehow received pushback over something that should be completely routine. Every visit feels like walking into the Twilight Zone. I ask a basic question or need a basic service and am met with deer-in-the-headlights confusion. Getting anything accomplished in person at this location feels nearly impossible. Who owns or manages this location? There appears to be a serious lack of organization, training, and basic customer service. For a business people rely on to securely receive their mail and packages, this is not acceptable. For these reasons, I will not be renewing my mailbox at this location, and I will not be doing business here again. When customers are paying for a private mailbox and basic services, they should not have to repeatedly deal with disorganization, unnecessary pushback, and difficulty accessing services they've already paid for. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating. Please get it together.

So happy I found PrintStar! Chris was even excited about the line of work my company does (organic veggie gardens and farms throughout SD) and shared photos with me of his own garden. Love meeting friendly happy people at the companies my business patronizes! We'll be back with all future printing needs!

Starting with the most extreme offense; they're now **using AI on client artwork to extend image borders and more, and they're doing it WITHOUT telling the clients.** They attempted to do this with my product, as well. This is not an assumption, this is something the staff have told me over the phone, and they say they've "done it for numerous other clients and the clients didn't notice", meaning, they didn't tell them either. Additionally, the website was reworked, but multiple features as well as my entire order history have vanished from the site. Finally, the wait times have also dramatically increased due to multiple mishaps on their end with the provided artwork for products. If you don't want your artwork being affected or altered by AI, and you don't want to wait weeks for a job that other print shops can get done in 24 hours, I would search for a new print shop.
