Unfortunately, while the prices are still affordable there, it appears the company is likely owned by new owners, because quite a number of questionable changes have happened in recent months. Starting with the most extreme offense; they're now **using AI on client artwork to extend image borders and more, and they're doing it WITHOUT telling the clients.** They attempted to do this with my product, as well. This is not an assumption, this is something the staff have told me over the phone, and they say they've "done it for numerous other clients and the clients didn't notice", meaning, they didn't tell them either. Additionally, the website was reworked, but multiple features as well as my entire order history have vanished from the site. Finally, the wait times have also dramatically increased due to multiple mishaps on their end with the provided artwork for products. If you don't want your artwork being affected or altered by AI, and you don't want to wait weeks for a job that other print shops can get done in 24 hours, I would search for a new print shop. read more

Wow, could not have been smoother getting a poster made for my birthday party here. I never even had to set foot in the place! I just placed the order online, used the promo code to get a sweet discount, and picked up my poster within 3 business days. Here's my favorite part: since I wasn't available to pick up the poster within their business hours, they arranged for me to pick up the poster after hours. Major bonus points for that. Forget Kinko's and grow-up. You are not in college anymore and if you are, you should know you're probably getting ripped off by the store that prints your reports. These people are professional and won't screw you around. They have come in for me when I "needed it yesterday". I have price checked them many times against competitors and they always come in at regular cost or below.... and if they're not the best venue to buy from, they'll tell you. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! From the beginning the lady that I worked with (Crystal) was very very helpful. I was afraid coming in that they would not print my project since it was so small but Crystal treated my project with the same care and respect as a large commercial one. She even helped with formatting my portfolio so that it would print correctly, a time consuming thing that she did not have to do. Oh, and did I mention she was more than happy to do it? I first worked with them when I needed to print my entire gallery of Photos. It was my first Photo Gallery and I wanted to quality of prints to match the style of medium I wanted to display. I found out about this place from my buddy who mentioned they did Foamboard prints. I did not regret that decision. Not only did the prints make the photo come alive, they were real lightweight. I recently ran around 14 prints with them. They were responsive, quick, and professional. One of the photos had a scratch, and the other ripped due to a mishap not related to the printing. So after ordering samples for 3-6 months to figure out the right paper to print my book on and spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on that. They decide to let me know last minute that they can not print my book because of the Content and it makes absolutely no sense to me because they were printing these samples for me this whole time where I used the same file. This really makes me mad because they are ok with printing these samples that come out to a couple hundred dollars and now when I place in the final order after figuring out the paper and i'm on a deadline they decide to call me and tell me they don't want to print it because the content. It just really makes no sense to me what so ever, I didn't get a explanation or nothing. They just made me feel like I've been scammed out of a couple hundred bucks, very unprofessional.
