I called the day before to let them know I was coming, and they were prepared for my arrival. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Lucas, a knowledgeable and friendly sales associate who made my day! He quickly assessed the faulty sharpener, and although I realized there was a bit of my fault involved, which I did have to come out of pocket no more than what I would pay for a good meal, he handled the situation professionally and graciously. Without hesitation, he honored the product and replaced it with a brand-new sharpener, as well as a Milwaukee tool! Then she designed the master bathroom which was just completed in May, 2026. She made it light and bright with new plumbing, tile and vanity cabinets. The third was a redesign of my art studio, giving me badly needed storage. Her signature design is modern with clean lines. Kelly completed the design drawings and all measurements needed by the construction team, made sure all the fixtures were selected and ordered and coordinated with the general contractor to insure her design translated to the build. She is very easy to work with, on time and always available for any questions or to trouble shoot things that may arise. She also has contacts for stone work, tile, paint and general contractors.
