I've got some really cool players signatures on it, but have avoided the back because I wanted to get two large Pink Ribbons on the back of the jersey. The measurement was 4" of the embroidery work and I was told that I needed to pay a setup fee, which I was willing to pay. It took me a few weeks to get my jersey back to the store, but when I did, I was told that someone had already paid the setup fee and that I didn't need to pay that after all. What they didn't tell me was that it would not be the size I wanted. In fact, it wasn't even half the size!!! Then I was told that it would take a week to 10 days to complete it. It took well over a month. Then I was asked about placement of the ribbons. I told them in the center. They were not centered and toward the top. I was also told that I would be texted when the jersey was done. But all communications were done via email only which further delayed the work because I get over 200 emails a day and literally had to search for the communications. They said that they could redo the work, but that I would have to pay the setup fee. And likely wait another 6 weeks for my jersey? No thanks. Now I need to find another embroidery company to see if they can fix this. This has been a horrible experience for me.

Nothing to compare it to. My five-star review does not mean it is better than some similar four star place, because there is nothing similar. My five stars are because she and her business make me happy and do well what I want them to do. The proprietor Nadja Sapno-Bergmann has been in business seemingly forever. She speaks 4 languages fluently (one of which, luckily, is English). She employs a jewelry technician who does the work, but under her watchful eye. She can tell 14K gold from 18K gold from 5 feet away. If she has ever seen a piece of jewelry she will remember it. Her daughter used to work at this store but now works up the road at the Gemological Institute. If you have jewelry that matters to you and you need something done to it, or need it inspected, take it to Bergmann's. If you want to buy something unusual from her relatively small inventory, look there. If you are looking for the best price on something fashionable, go elsewhere. Nadja loves to talk, and she always has something to say. Don't go in expecting to get out in 10 minutes. Go in expecting to spend an hour, most of which is conversation.

This service was absolutely horrible. At the first appointment they no showed with no notice. She…read morescheduled another appointment, giving them the benefit of doubt. They then came out to look at my wife's desktop and laptop as she was having a few issues but nothing major. The tech named Dan quoted her a huge number to fix the desktop that was over 5 years old. She declined. He then told her he would clean up her laptop and could replace the internal speakers. She watched him order the speakers off Ebay for $15 and said he would return when they came in. She met him again understanding he was just replacing the speakers but at the end of the appointment he charged her $400. He claims he upgraded her RAM that cost $250. She never requested that upgrade and was never told about it. Again this laptop is a few years old and not even worth $400. Seems since she declined the desktop repair because of the cost, he just did not tell her the cost for the computer clean up nor that it would involve a $250 RAM upgrade. Be wary of these guys.

I picked a Bella canvas slouchy scoop neck shirt, sent the art all last minute and So Phresh has said they can get the shirts and print them in less then 5 days.
