I cannot express how blown away I was by the extraordinary customer service and quality workmanship of the staff at Laser-Tronics. I needed some aluminum padlocks engraved for a sentimental farewell activity we were planning for some dear friends who are moving out of state. We came in near closing hours on a Saturday to put in the work order. We needed a quick turn-around and while we were not guaranteed they could meet our deadline, they said they would do the best they could. Well, their best was amazing! They completed it by Tuesday just in time for the farewell dinner with our friends. The padlocks looked great because the staff were thoughtful in the placement of the text and made sure to get us proofs quickly. I know they must have had much larger and more profitable orders than ours to fill, but the fact that they cared enough to fit our or project says a lot about this family owned business. I needed some flasks customized for some friends who got married recently. Laser-Tronics was the only place I called that answered the phone and told me straight up what the wait time would be based on their number of current orders. Amazing service and reasonable pricing. I wanted to get my husband's new Gshock watch engraved and they were very helpful. The metal part wasn't able to be engraved due to the text being on it from the company but they went above and beyond to try and find a spot that's engrave-able, which was the small clasp. Since they weren't sure it would work they engraved a small heart on the inner part to make sure the text comes out nicely. It was completed really fast too, about a week or so.
