They had the rocks we needed. We went inside to pay for them and waited outside for someone to load them to our car. You don't even wait for long at all. They're really helpful. They have rocks/stone for your garden, material for your pool, backyard, kitchen, and stone flooring. Tip: Check online for what you need. They may not look like the color you want when you go there to pick them up. After placing the rocks in our yard and rising them with some water, the dust is removed and you'll see the actual color. For in stock items, delivery was within 24-72 hours and custom orders took a couple of weeks. I mostly interacted with Carla and Ashlee who were both great. They were responsive on the days they worked and helped to make sure my orders arrived on time. Sometimes the male employees picked up the phone, but they seemed less enthusiastic to help out. I even told him, "You're the expert, that's why I'm asking." As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy, especially when I'm asking for guidance. The way I was spoken to made me feel unwelcome and discriminated against. I hope Timberline Molding takes customer service seriously and addresses this, because no one should be made to feel this way when asking for help.
