When I arrived I went straight to the counter and asked for the product. The less than friendly worker started to write up a ticket for the purchase. Now standard concrete is about $4.00 a bag and this stuff runs about $14.00 but it's better for what I was using it for and I didn't need much so worth the extra cost. But I noticed he wrote about $30.00 on his little ticket for one bag of the stuff. I asked if that was what they were charging and when he confirmed it I said "Thanks Anyway" and walked out. As I leaving the parking lot, another guy came out and said...."Oooops it's $21.00 a bag. We made a mistake" I kept driving. Now I'm a reasonable woman and I understand that a mom and pop shop does not get the same discounts as the big box stores so I expect to pay a bit more. But not double! Maybe it was an innocent mistake. Or maybe they saw a woman walk through the door in a dress and flip-flops asking for one bag of concrete and assumed that she just "don't know shit" about the cost of building materials. You decide. As for me, I don't do business with scammers.

We had no idea how much to consider when ordering a door and hardware. We are very appreciative of Wendy's time to make sure everything was perfect before placing our order. When our contractor took the measurements of our original doors, that we had to replace, it wasn't a standard size and we were all scratching our heads at the original install. Nevertheless, Tom from GMS came out to our home to triple-check measurements and discuss the installation further. They went above and beyond in our opinion and we highly recommend them.
