Vintage leaded glass door installed for our pantry door.
    Anna S.

I've had a great experience shopping here. I love a hunt though and I had a couple of specific "treasures" I was looking for. I found the perfect black metal windowed exterior door for my patio. I was working with new construction so I could build to fit. It was perfect for what we wanted. Originally the door was worth $5000+ and I bought it for $1700. We also found the perfect vintage door to use as a pantry door and we hung it from barn door hardware. We had a weird narrow tall space and wanted something special. This door was solid hardwood and beautiful leaded glass. We paid about $400. It took a bit of work to clean it up, sand it down and re stain it. But it turned out gorgeous! The best part of this shop is Hands-down Baldimor and his darling wife. Baldimor is so knowledgeable and energetic and hard working. I loved supporting his business and finding just the perfect thing for my home. I love that there are people like him out there scavenging treasures from beautiful older homes and keeping them out of the landfill. Plus he was so patient and friendly with me despite all my return visits and measurements and indecision. Sales are final so I had to be sure.

It's a warehouse atmosphere with large furniture items that are not sellable at full price. Items are sold AS IS and there are multiples sales here and there. It's worth checking out and I love coming here when I am in the area. Customer service has been great in my opinion. If you're looking for a particularly pricey item is a good place to shop. The smaller kitchen items though aren't as much at a discount and frankly many of the smaller items are at regular price which is disappointing. Great for larger pricey pieces, not worth it for other kitchenware and home decor.

I enjoyed the few times I popped in to shop for cute blind boxes up until I had one of the worst customer experience interactions of my life- which I've debated posting about for like a month. There's one employee (maybe the manager, looking at other reviews?) at this store that is consistently mean and short with customers. I preface this by saying I try to be really understanding w/customer service roles because I understand they can be super tedious and taxing (especially during December/the holidays, when this happened), but I haven't experienced such hostility from a sales associate for asking about product before. I hope I just caught her at a bad time, but it really soured the entire store for me and I don't think I'll be back to this location for a very long time. :( Anyway, hopefully you'll miss this employee if you stop by this store! I love everything else about it (and all the other employees have been super chill & knowledgable), so I'm pretty bummed about the negative experience.
